Outdoor Recreation

Heavenly is named for the views. Of all the Cal resorts on Epic pass, it's the largest. You can spend a week skiing at Heavenly and not ski the same thing twice. You can also spend a week skiing heavenly and not get anywhere close to doing all the runs. Pro tip: arrive early. Parking at Cal Lodge fills up quickly. It is much easier when you arrive before 9am.

City/town information

Historical mining town - a bit over an hour away. Fun little excursion, great for kids, not as much of a tourist trap as it seems. If you are getting bored with south lake, worth a visit.
