Traveler advice

Getting around

Going downtown? Drive or use ride-share services

We're only about 3 miles from Forsyth Park and 4.5 miles from River Street. There are a lot of parking decks and street parking spaces available. However, get there early on the weekends if you're driving because the street parking goes fast!
What to pack

Comfortable walking shoes

Savannah is an extremely walkable city. Wear comfortable walking shoes, especially if going to River Street. There are lots of areas that are made of cobblestones. Watch your step and take your time!
