THE place to be on Saturday mornings in Corona del Mar, and an easy stroll from the cottage (uphill on the way home). Everything is super fresh, and the vendors are really nice.

This state park is GORGEOUS! Magnificent for walking aimlessly for hours if you like. The beach is pristine. Have a drink or meal at the Beachcomber, and your $15 parking fee will be waived.

One of two shopping meccas locally.This outdoor "mall" is more like a european city. Norstrom, Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdales and Macy's are the anchors. You can even buy a Tesla there--Great food too!
