Food Scene
The best times to visit Lone Eagle are in the evening. Friday and some weekends nights you can enjoy live background music by a local guitarist. Enjoy the outside fire-pits any time of year, the dock during the warm months and the beach anytime. You should do reservation if you want a sit down dinner- but the bar area is very big and the menu is the same. Excellent cocktails and food.

Because who doesn't love small bite tapas to share and drinks. Prices are about average for the area for nice places. This can be a romantic place for dinner that is quiet, or perfect for a small group of 4. The Old Fashioned here is great. Best for evenings out.

Parks & Nature
One of the best places to visit in all of Tahoe. There is a market/cafe that serves drinks during summer. Bathrooms available. Arrive early in summer... it gets packed - locals don't go here in summer. Visit in Fall, Winter or Spring for a quiet retreat and solitude on one of the many trails around the park.
