Street food in Copenhagen! You'll find everything in here: from Indian curry to Belgian fries without forgetting Danish smørrebrød and much more. It's also a nice place to hang out for an ice cream, a cocktail or a beer. Every sunny day, the place is full of people.

Christiansborg itself is a very nice place for a walk. Vising the castle comes at a fee but visiting the tower (Christiansborg Tårnet) is free and gives a very nice panorama on the city. It's definitely worth a visit to gain some height on Copenhagen. (It's closed on Mondays)

The Church is located just next to Amalienborg, chances are you will visit it.
But it's less known that you can also visit the top of the church during weekends and in summer. It's therefore worth planning its visit to make sure to be there for the tour: http://marmorkirken.dk/index.php?page=visits-to-the-dome-en

There's a lot of options all around town to rent boats or kayaks - it's not too expensive and it's a great way to explore the city. In Island Brygge, you can rent boats via Go Boat.
