Our family has enjoyed Explora over many years with numerous visits every year. Absolutely a must-do during your stay in Albuquerque.

Elena Gallegos is a great place to go for a hike in the Sandia Foothills. Located just 2 miles east of our vacation home. Adventurous hikers can hike up the trail next to the access road and save the $2 parking fee upon entering the park, but beware: the access road is quite steep.
