Traveler advice

Getting around

Take the bus, walk or cycle!

Buses will take you anywhere you want to go in and around Edinburgh, but it’s a beautiful city to walk around or even cycle.
Don't miss

Arthur’s Seat

Take a walk up Arthur’s seat and take in those views!
Don't miss

The smoothest coffee in town!

On Leith Walk, opposite the entrance to McDonald Road, you’ll find ‘More than coffee’, my favourite place for coffee in Edinburgh, by far!
Getting around

Parking

The flat is located on McDonald Road where there is on-street paid parking available for 4 hours. All day paid parking bays are available on Hopetoun Crescent, less than 1 minute walk from the flat. Similar all day parking bays are available on other roads nearby. There is also a large paid car park at the Omni centre, which is about 10 minutes walk away, and where you may park for as long as you wish.
