It is one of Istria's many hilltop towns and an absolute must-see.Grožnjan is firmly on the tourist map but compared to other popular tourist spots, it doesn't have a flashy commercial feel. It offers a view of twenty surrounding Istrian villages, the valley of the river of Mirna and the sea.
