This park is just a few short minutes walk from our home and has been known in our household as “our park” due to its close proximity since we moved to the house. It has plenty of space to picnic, play with kids, walk dogs, and the views from most of the park are all around spectacular. You will be also be close to the “Cobb estate” entrance and the numerous hiking trails that is the gateway for.

The hiking trails that you can access from the former Cobb Estate entrance are extensive. You can spend a few short minutes meandering around the original estate grounds, mostly native plants with trails and some of the original driveway and minimal remnants of the estate. Or you can access the trails that can take you on up to hours and hours of hiking excursions up the San Gabriel mountains.
