A beautiful tranquil place, ideal for swimming and a picnic. It is steep though so not suitable for people with mobility issues. JUst past Portland Museum in Wakeham, five min drive away.

If you enjoy real ales, Royal Portland Arms across the road on high street is a very friendly local pub.
