Michael Fuller has been the chef at TJ Buckley's for many years, and he is simply the best. There's nowhere better.

Disclosure, Teta is the co-owner of Wheelhouse. Still, we think you'll love visiting! It's a creative hub in downtown Brattleboro, with shopping, classes, and drop-in projects as available.

Frank and Marty, who own and operate Windham Wines, are absolutely wonderful resources for purchasing and learning about wine, at any price range.

We love BMAC. It's a small museum with contemporary art exhibits that will make you think you're in the city.

Neighborhoods

Cedar Street, I chuckle to say, is the worst street in the best neighborhood. A residential neighborhood, you'll see people walking at all hours. It's relatively safe, well maintained, and there are some children. There are gardens, sculptures, and there's the famous Lawn Sheep four doors down. The Retreat Trails are behind us and just to the west, so the woods are close by. There is a fair amount of traffic, though, because Cedar Street is a cut through between Routes 9 and 30, which is why I say it's the worst of the best.
