Secluded rear garden has a barbecue & outdoor furniture, but paths are quite uneven. Local pub within walking distance. Between Wisbech, the Capital of the Fens & March. 40 miles to the coast.

Enjoy a pint in the award-winning pub the King's Arms. (Both 800m away) The barn has been lovingly converted and attractively furnished to include a double bedroom, living room, dining area/orangery. Outside there is a completely enclosed garden and courtyard areas.

A comfy tailor- made lodge within a secluded private garden not far from Kings Lynn. We live here with our dogs who love to bark and greet guests (although very friendly). A great place for wildlife and birdwatching with Welney Wildfowl Centre just 14 miles away and Hunstanton and Blakeney Point seal watching on the north coast. Kings Lynn offers history and a good shopping centre. As there is no shop in our vicinity you will find milk, bread and some basic essentials on your arrival.
