Charming 18th Century Georgian Barn Conversion.

Welcome to Manor Cottage Barn. Situated in the quiet village of Averham just outside of Newark Upon Trent in rural Nottinghamshire. The barn itself is an 18th century chapel and barn combined and was fully restored in the 90's. Inside there are two large rooms, one comprising of a lounge area for guests and a small workshop area dedicated to picture framing. The other is a Bedroom, kitchen and dining room with a separate Bathroom. *This is a no smoking anywhere including outside home. Thankyou.

Newark show ground is only 2 miles from Garden cottage. A rural farm and livery yard come and feed the ducks and chickens see the ponies. Or bring your own we have stabling and turn out and just 20 minutes from Arena UK. Garden cottage is a spacious two double bedroom cottage with a sofa bed in the living room it sleeps 6 people plus a put you up bed or travel cot for a child. towels are provided as well a continental breakfast.
