Bright detached apartment in the immediate vicinity of the Rhine, quietly located in the countryside. Accessible through the garden (shared use possible). We are a family of 5 with a playful dog and 2 cats and are happy to give tips for a nice holiday. We are hosts with body and soul. The city center (cathedral...) is easily accessible by public transport and by bike (can be provided). Shops serving everyday needs can be found within walking distance. The barn, completely renovated in 2023 and dating back to 1870, offers a perfect starting point for excursions into nature. Phantasialand amusement park, as well as Cologne and Bonn, are reachable in approximately 20 minutes. This holiday apartment with a terrace and garden view features one bedroom, a living room, a flat-screen TV, a well-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator and dishwasher, and one bathroom with a shower. Towels and bed linen are provided. Cleaning is done every seven days.

You can easily park in the underground garage. Use the balcony, the modern kitchen or the Sky programs on TV (Bundesliga :-) With the passenger ferry or on foot (15 min) or the tram (2 min) you can quickly reach the Bonn city center. The S-Bahn to the airport or to Cologne can be reached in 10 minutes on foot.
