The old mill tower is located in a quiet single-family home settlement right in the heart of the Wesermarsch. On the four lovingly renovated floors (approx. 100 square meters) with old wooden beams there is a fully equipped kitchen and a small toilet, living area with sofa bed for two, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a separate bed and a bedroom. Our historic property consists of a 120-year-old schoolhouse and an approx. 100-year-old town hall in the midst of untouched nature on a park-like property. In the old schoolhouse, the Alte Schule vacation home extends over 2 floors with a living space of approx. 140 square meters. In the annex of the old town hall is the guest wing with a wellness area on the first floor and the 2 apartments Samtmuschel (approx. 60 sqm) and Herzmuschel (approx. 50 sqm) on the second floor.
