The apartment is self-sufficient + separate from the main house. A private terrace or private garden part belong to the apartment. Around the house are forests and fields, here you can walk or cycle on the Römer Lippe Route. The Ruhr area (Duisburg, Essen) is close by. Supermarket, pizzeria + pharmacy are on site.
