Cozy and cute.

Paula and Paul's cozy apartment is the perfect spot for a getaway weekend! It's location makes it possible to walk to nearly everywhere (we did drive to Colt State Park at one point) and enjoy by foot the delicious restaurants and artsy shops of Warren. We particularly appreciated the map that was left to help us navigate our way around town. Upon our arrival we had one question. Paula was so quick to respond to us! We really appreciated her attentiveness. You can feel the care they have put into making this Airbnb something special.

Paula and Paul's place is a gem. Warren is such a neat town, peppered by many historical homes. Being able to stay in the neighborhood was a real treat. The location is just perfect. The hosts do a great job of characterizing the size, amenities, etc. of the place, so it was exactly as I expected. There's also a lot of original artwork, which adds to the vibe.

You do not want to pass up the opportunity to rent this place. The hosts are amazing and the space is to die for. The little touches in the apartment make you feel right at home. We spent quite a bit of time chatting with Paula and Paul both on the sidewalk out front and were so thankful for all the amazing suggestions they had for us. They felt like old friends by the time we left. We can’t wait to venture back soon!!! The little town of Warren has plenty to explore and I highly suggest Newport, Bristol and Providence while you are out. Don’t miss Colt Park (it’s breath taking). I could go on and on for days. It was absolutely perfect!!

Paula and Paul were wonderful hosts. The space was very welcoming and perfect for a weekend stay. It is a great meld of modern and new england charm.

Allison’s apartment is spacious and comfortable. The four of us had space to spread out, but could also come together at the table in the airy kitchen or relax in the comfortable living room. With a full kitchen and a washer/dryer, plus the lovely art everywhere, this apartment is a great affordable find. The town of Warren is also adorable with friendly people and lots of places to eat and shop.

Great spot, price, home and hosts. We will definitely stay here again when we come to town to visit family.

The George Cole house is such a unique place, we immediately loved it. Allison's art is great and enriches the atmosphere. The apartment feels cozy and spacious at the same time. Thanks!

Very comfortable beds!

This house is a gem. It is such a treat to stay in a historic house. Everything about the space is comfortable and cozy. The decor includes some of Allison's artwork. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. Great large and fluffy towels! The location is very convenient, and also quiet. A meal from the Taco Box is a must. We were happy to find info for the Beehive Cafe on the counter when we checked in. On previous trips to the area, we've enjoyed breakfast at the Beehive, but were able to have dinner there our first night. It is a gem, just a short drive in Bristol. Make sure you stop at Delekta Pharmacy for the old fashioned soda fountain. Allison's home is one that we will be happy to return to.

The George Cole House is a stylish, unique space that allowed my wife and I to relax during our hectic visit for our wedding. Allison and Spencer were very responsive and made sure we had everything that we needed.

Such a comfortable space! Everything was perfect for a weekend retreat with Mom. There are stairs to climb which I did not take into account for Mom but she did it! The shoreline was very peaceful and the neighborhood was quiet. Well needed R and R. I will be back.

What a wonderful find! It is right on the water with lovely terraces to sit on just outside our door. It was so comfortable and so clean and the rooms were appointed with comfortable linens. We had a great stay and highly recommend Sue and Jonathan as hosts!

This is our second trip to stay in this place! Obviously we loved it, so when we had the chance to come back we didn’t think twice about it. Walking distance to great bars and restaurants, but super quiet at night! You won’t regret it!

The puddington is a perfect place to stay in warren. Super cumfy and close to all the attractions in Warren. I highly recommend this place !

I had a wonderful stay at the Puddingstone! The apartment is so comfortable and charming. Kelli was very responsive and very helpful making local recommendations that were perfect for me. The apartment was spotless. The bed in the master bedroom was so soft and cozy, I didn’t want to leave it! There were many thoughtful touches, like a snack from a local bakery and a refrigerator stocked with a selection of drinks. Kelli really went above and beyond to make sure my visit was perfect! The apartment is right on the water and walkable to shops and restaurants. I was traveling alone and felt completely safe in the apartment and walking in the area at night. I would stay at the Puddingstone again in a heartbeat!

The Pudding Stone is fantastic! You walk into an environment that instantly makes you feel at home. It has all needed amenities and added extras, like fun games to play with the kids. Kelli’s communication was quick and included all the needed info. Additionally, she welcomed me in-person to ensure I knew how everything worked and left fresh pastries. The location is walking distance from local restaurants and activities. I highly recommend it.

This was seriously the best AirBNB stay ever. The space was wonderful, plenty of super soft and comfy bedding, lots of toiletries in the bathroom, plenty of towels, and the kitchen was even stocked with snacks, eggs, and English muffins so we were able to have a full breakfast without having to shop. Kelli was very nice and showed us around personally even though she was on her way out when we arrived. The location was on a quiet street close to the water. Really a perfect stay. We will be reaching out to stay again next year!

Located just a block from the main street, Shannon's place is comfortable, well-stocked, stylish and clean as a whistle. Our family of four had plenty of space to relax and enjoy our time in town for our family reunion.

The house had a charming, stylish feel, and the space was clean and private. Allison was a great hostess and made the best coffee in town! She communicated well and offered some helpful local tips. A welcoming, cheerful and comfortable home with a terrific view of Mount Hope Bay. It is also close to everything you might want to see in Rhode Island. Short drives to those sights. We would absolutely stay there again as well as recommend the house to friends.

This home was great for our Labor Day weekend trip (two couples). We were out in Swansea for a friend’s wedding and this home was conveniently located in relation to the venue. The space itself was airy, clean, and very comfortable. Everything feels new and spacious, which is very nice. There aren’t a lot of duties for you if you stay here: just be respectful of this pretty property and the neighbors. Loved looking out our window to see the water; the beach was mere steps from the back door. You get what you see and we had a wonderful stay!

Amazing location and very easy to find. The house, was better than the pictures,beautifully decorated,filled with things you can use to make meals and just enjoy staying in taking in every second of the beauty the bay has to offer. The style of the is so much like a beach cottage you would live in if you could. It was just perfect. We never left the bay,enjoying the paddle boards provided for our use and seashelling.Watching the sunrise from the master bedroom balcony and then waking along the bay was the best way to begin the day. Time in the jacuzzi tub was the perfect way to end the day.

My family very much enjoyed staying at Missy's condo. The place was sparkling clean and the house is brand new and beautifully decorated. There is an incredible view of the ocean from the window overlooking Mount Hope Bay. We found it a good place to explore southern Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

Missy's place is so special. The location and view were beautiful and relaxing. The ability to walk out to the beach was great for us. They have provided so many things to make it special for their guests. My husband and daughter loved the paddle boards. I enjoyed the aromatherapy jet tub. We used the grill and found the kitchen well equipped for cooking. It was great to have both cable TV and Netflix. I highly recommend to all and hope to go back ourselves.

Great place to stay. Warren is such a nice walkable town. So nice to have a hiker-biker trail within walking distance. Justin's place served as our base to tour the Newport mansions and spend some time at RWU. It was very comfortable. The restaurants: The Wharf, The Revival, and The Coffee Depot are highly recommended.

This place is great! Super quiet town ( at least in October when I went ). Everything is right at your fingertips and Justin does a great job making you feel comfortable. The place is great, he always gets right back to you with any questions, and I would definitely recommend a stay here. 10/10

These guys are well along in the process of making a great bnb. The shower is huge! Very comfortable beds and linens, and a huge yard! The location is perfect, right in between “The Square Peg, and The Wharf Tavern!

This cozy in-law suite was the perfect spot for my wife and me on our trip. Great natural light, an open living space, and the the fireplace made it even better! I normally look for reviews about the mattress when booking on airbnb, as I am a pretty sensitive sleeper. For those of you in this situation, look no further — the bed was extremely comfortable, and there were all the pillows and blankets we could need!

Such an amazing space. A perfect place to rest on our road trip. Attached to the home, but completely private. Our host, Michael and Kara, were great to shovel the property and provide an extended stay for us the next morning which was very unexpected and pleasant. Will stay again!

Very nice stay at Holly's. We had the house for us and the setting was very nice right on the water. The house was warm and although Holly and her husband were not on hand to greet us they left us with lovely little words in the house to make us feel at home. Very nice stay for our family.

They were so accommodating and offered laundry facilities, kitchen facilities and more.

Karen and Joel, in my opinion, are way beyond Superhosts. As hosts, I have never had a better experience, and I have a lot of stays under my belt. From the moment I arrived, I felt at home. The accommodations are top-notch, with all the creature comforts and amenities you could want or need. The room and common areas are squeaky clean, the guest room has a mini fridge, Keurig, Smart TV with cable TV and one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in in a long time. You cannot go wrong with this space if you are in need of short or long term accommodations. Joel and Karen will go out of their way to ensure your comfort while you are en-suite. The analogy I used: I paid for a Motel 6 and got the Hyatt. Truth.

This is no doubt your best choice for a stay in this area. You are paying for Motel 6 and staying at the Hilton. Joel and Karen have really figured out how to make their guests comfortable. The amenities (mini fridge, Keurig, Smart TV) in the room. The house is spotless, the hosts are friendly and kind. I will be renewing my stay for another week, I’m that impressed. You cannot go wrong with these hosts.

We had a wonderful time at the Ohana Cottage. Everything was clean, new, and well done. The house has everything that you could need and then some. From thoughtful soaps in the bathroom, to accommodating an early check-in, and even bringing the fire table out in the middle of winter, Steve and Erin were awesome hosts and made our stay very enjoyable.

Charming immaculate cottage, very beachy, swans in morning were a nice touch- how did you coordinate that?! Kitchen and bath well supplied. Bedrooms adorable. Near to most everything one needs while seemingly far away! Terrific find, it will not disappoint.

Arlindo's place was stylish and spacious. All the modern amenities you can think of were available (flat-screen TV, full kitchen, etc). Communication was very prompt and Arlindo was very accommodating of my pet (Airbnb hosts typically charge extra for pet boarding). Would love to stay here again in the future.

One of the best AirBNB’s I’ve ever been to. The place itself is sparkling clean, modern, and with stylish touches. The location is great, the view is sublime even when we went in winter! We enjoyed every minute of our stay at Scott's place. As other reviewers have also noted the apartment was exceptionally clean. We arranged with Scott to stay a few hours longer; he was very forthcoming and flexible about that. The place is modern, with lots of light, comfortably furnished, and thoughtfully equipped. The water view is amazing, and even though we went there in February, we could sit outside on the porch (in the sun) for breakfast. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Bristol!

Scott's place is immaculately clean, and the view of the water is gorgeous. The kitchen is well-stocked with utensils, the bedroom is very comfortable, the bathroom has more towels than you'll need, and the living space is full of all sorts of helpful and entertaining tools. Scott's guidebook is also useful, with numerous great local recommendations. I couldn't recommend Scott's place more.

My husband and I stayed at Scott’s home for valentine’s weekend and we enjoyed every bit of the home. The lake views, bright sun lit rooms and beautiful interior was beyond our expectations. Scott was extremely helpful and communicative during our stay. We totally recommend!

Pam's place was near perfect, a nice quiet setting and every room is of decent size. Comfortable bed with extra sheets and blankets, bathroom had all the necessities, even new toothbrushes and shower items, nice towels as well. The kitchen is nice size with everything you should need. The washer and dryer is a great convenience. The location is nice and on a very quiet street, close to many conveniences as well. Check in and communication with the host was very easy. I highly recommend and will gladly book again.

I can't recommend Pam and Dave's place enough! It's a perfect little spot to decompress after being out and about. We were getting married at Colt State Park, and I have family in Warren. This was the perfect location! More than that though, Pam and Dave have a beautiful place with every special touch you could imagine. Book your stay here. You won't be sorry!

Pamela’s place has everything we needed for a wedding weekend in Bristol. Coffee, laundry, high speed Wifi, comfy bed, and they even let me borrow a bike so I could see the city like a local and get around a little easier in a city where ride sharing is not always quickly available. The place was very clean and quiet, tucked away near enough to everything we wanted to see in Bristol but away from any street noise. They were able to add a day on to our stay with no trouble when our flight was changed to a day earlier. Couldn’t have been happier with our stay.

A cute and comfortable stay in a quiet neighborhood. We were able to visit Providence and Newport during our stay. This was an ideal location. Chris was very hospitable and we enjoyed our stay.

We needed a place to stay with our 8 month old son during our travels and Chris’ place was the perfect spot to stay at. We repositioned some of the furniture so our pack and play would fit and we still had room to move around. We also liked that the room had it’s own private bathroom and towels were provided.

Great space and location on a quiet side street.

The room was very cozy and convenient with the bathroom 2 steps away. The instructions were very clear and the place was easy to find. Also the water and snacks were a nice touch.

Probably one of my favorite Air BnBs on the east coast thus far! Host was quick to respond and included plenty of recommendations to local restaurants which were all wonderful. The space was perfectly clean and really beautiful! I would definitely recommend staying at this location!

Don's place is very comfortable and attractive and he goes out of his way to be accommodating. He even helped me carry in the luggage. A very gracious host!

This place is awesome, the host it’s very welcoming. Very cozy house, there was wood fire every night ( all the materials were provided 🙂). Everything you need and more will be available. My husband and I went to RI for a mini vaca to celebrate my his birthday and it was one of the best 3 day vacations we've been on. We arrived to this beautiful quiet yet inviting neighborhood and it was if we were home. We had mini notes in the house with tips of fun all over and a warm greeting card displaying great hospitality. It was just enough space for the two of us. It's also in an Awesome location, on the water. Also it's literally around any and everything...10 min drive at the most. By day 2 I didn't need my GPS. And they are super hosts indeed. Our stay was very private and unbothered but yet they were right there, a few keystrokes away. Definitely one of my fave stays!

This private first floor one bedroom apt in a Victorian home by the water is a gem! Super clean and nicely decorated. The host fully stocked the kitchen with everything needed for cooking and cleaning up. Even provided milk and cream for coffee. We chose this house for the privacy and the proximity to Johnson & Wales Harborside campus so we could spend the weekend visiting with our son attending college there, and it worked out perfectly. Nelli & Mehdi were very responsive and the place was exactly as expected in the ad.

I felt right at home here. It was immediately comfortable. Quiet, cozy, clean, and oh so very charming. The hosts have thought of everything to make your stay just perfect. Anything we needed and more was available at ease. The addition of the games and art supplies was a huge plus to the girls weekend. The porch has a lovely view of the water and I hope to visit again in the warmer months to fully enjoy it! (If you stay in the colder months be aware the radiators make a loud clanging noise every so often at night...but warm and cozy!) A quick drive to Providence and plenty of restaurants even closer. If you stay here and like sushi I really recommend the place Vatsana on Broad St. So close and Amazing.

Wonderful hosts, wonderful location, easy check in, and a clean, comfortable place to call home for a couple days. We loved everything about our stay and can't wait to come back. The immediate area is beautiful, in a charming neighborhood, and you're in very close proximity to both Newport and Providence, both of which offer a plethora of things to do.

This nicely decorated home is nestled along the coast of Narraganset Bay and is surrounded by historic Victorian Era homes in a quaint neighborhood with village shops and restaurants just a short distance away. The kitchen is fully appointed and we were able to prepare several meals. The owners left games and art supplies for our use, which contributed to our holiday celebrations. Thank you, Nellie!

Beautiful location and the view is amazing. The queen suite was so clean and felt like I was at my own house. The bed was super comfortable and clean. I would absolutely recommend staying here if you want a beautiful view and to feel like you’re at home!

I had a great one night stay! I was closing on my home and needed a place close to the airport but also needing a night of R&R. It was perfect and loved waking up to the water views. Excellent hosts and couldn’t of been happier with my stay. Thank you for having me!

Reviews don’t lie - amazing host, bedroom was amazing, very comfy bed - has tv for Netflix. Bathroom was sparking clean - kitchen area really simple to use. Again very clean. The only downside is the bedroom I stayed in let in a lot of natural light in the mornings BUT I sleep with an eye mask so it did not bother me! Highly recommend this place!
