Bright and sunny 1 bedroom apartment with private entrance. Pull out sofa for additional guests. Full eat in kitchen, with pretty views of the garden. Screened in porch that offers additional seating to relax and enjoy your morning coffee, while listening to the birds in this rural setting. A short drive to Providence, about a half hour drive to Newport, and 8 miles to Roger Williams University, makes your stay fairly close to the best RI has to offer. Off street parking available for one car.

The space is a cozy, very roomy & quiet. The Suite is decorated with Coastal decor from New England and Sanibel Island. It includes a private bedroom with a very comfortable queen size bed. The living room has an entertainment center with a TV, Dvd, WiFi, couch, electric recliner, Mini fridge, microwave & Kuerig coffee maker. The area is located in the lower half of the house and has a private entrance with a lock & key. The suite is private from the living area of the homeowner.
