We wanted to spend a few quiet days and just switch off, which is exactly what we could do. The view over the lake is unique the house is clean and well equipped. We had a good time and may come back in the high season.

Beautiful view - lovely lake house! Everything was as expected, the communication was super easy - we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to everyone who is looking for some quite time off.

We wanted to escape the pre-Christmas advent stress and just relax - that worked out more than well. Elahuizen is a small place, the house right on the lake, it is fantastic to watch. We had a wonderful time. :-)

The stay in the house in Elahuizen we really liked. The location right on the water is beautiful. The view at breakfast with the sun is a dream. The check-in went smoothly and communication with Pieter was very easy. I would recommend it anytime.

Everything is right in the description. Top house in a prime location and spotlessly clean. The first 2 days were great weather and the rest of the days rain and wind. It did not disturb us at all at the Fluessen. We will definitely discuss again.

A beautiful little house that does not look small inside. The decor is bright, friendly and modern and extremely functional. The huge sliding doors, which are built around the corner, give a great sense of space, but above all, they give the view of the beautiful lake, which looks different every day. The environment is perfect for those seeking tranquility (although we do not know what the season is like). The small harbor within the complex with the many sailboats gives almost Mediterranean flair. Privacy is guaranteed on the terrace due to the sophisticated architecture of each house. In the resort there are very pleasant, friendly pronounced rules, which also provide privacy and tranquility. Pieter and Maartje are the best hosts, easy to reach and always friendly and supportive. Thank you so much!

This was our second stay at Bianca’s lovely cottage this year. It is so nice, we were loath to have to depart again. It is clean, warm and very complete kitchen and supplies. Communication with the host is perfect! We travel quite a lot and this will be high on our list of favorite places.

The Sunny House is very clean and sweet. Everything you need in the kitchen (pans, knives, pasta strainer etc) is on site, which we were very pleased. The contact was very friendly and the check in was uncomplicated. The place is quiet and cute, which we wanted. Shops are 5 minutes away by car. The only drawback for us was the fact that you have Wi-Fi only at the reception and not within the Sunnyhouse, as we would have liked to watch a movie because of the bad weather, that was a pity, but not a broken leg. Otherwise simply a nice stay :)

The "Sunny Home" is located in a very well-kept and quiet campsite in Warns. The check in has wonderfully folded and the chalet is very lovingly and comfortably furnished. It almost feels like being in a small apartment. To shower you have to shower in the campsite, which are very clean and spacious. Despite the season we could easily take the service of the place and order for example rolls for breakfast. We traveled together and had our dog with us, which was also very comfortable and was on the campsite was welcome. The communication with Diana worked perfectly, so I can highly recommend the accommodation for a few nice, quiet days!

A lovingly furnished "Mobile Home" on a very well-kept campground area. We arrived with two children and were greeted with two beers in the fridge and comics for the kids. Very nice contact before via e-mail. Everything went smoothly, the key was previously deposited near the property. Unbeatable value for money. It was very quiet, we could sleep well. There is a room with a double bed (more suitable for couples) and a small room with two small single beds, ideally for children or "smaller" people. The living room is optimally used to the last square centimeter and the integrated mini-kitchen fully equipped. The name "Sunny Home" fits in that we were able to have breakfast outside at the beginning of September, in the sun :) The toilet with sink was very clean, and also about 30 meters away the shower cubicles of the campsite were in perfect condition. The small garden is visually protected and offers privacy. For the children there is a nice playground on the premises. At the edge of the quite large pool even Mediterranean flair comes up. We can fully recommend the accommodation. However, people with "claustrophobia" should first be aware of the (as usual!) Very low ceilings of a mobile home.

Me and my friends really enjoyed our stay at Sunny Home. The chalet has a very nice location in the camping, in a quiet area. The entire camping was clean, specially the chalet and the bathrooms. Super cosy property with all the amenities you need, outstanding garden and great hospitality from the host.

You can expect a home filled with everything you would need to make your home away from home the place to be. Beds were very comfortable, linens and towels were great. Kitchen was supplied with all we needed for utensils. Perfect size for us and you could definitely house more. A delightful, quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the town and the golf course!

Very Cute and fresh cottage located in a small cute and quiet village. Very kind and helpful hosts who happily walk the extra mile for their guests. The cottage is basic and functional, very nice exterior and a lovely garden. Nice beds and fresh linnens and towels. There were a lot of bugs and Spider webs in the cealing, otherwise very tidy and clean space.

The space has been cleaned very well. A nice cottage. Small disadvantage are the only two pips available for cooking. Everything else in order.

The cabin was very well equipped and clean. A nice place for a holiday with deceleration. Here you will receive a warm welcome and can ask any time something. Very child friendly. We recommend!

This accommodation invites you to spend a quiet and relaxing time together. In a great atmosphere everything is there, what you need. Even the grill could be used and gave us in October a nice barbecue on the terrace overlooking the water. Thank you for a pleasant accommodation for our family time! The house in Stavoren is beautiful and directly loccated at the canal. It offers you a lot of space and even in autaumn there is a lot to discover in the environment. We really enjoyed our stay in Claartje‘s house and can recommend it to everyone.

It is very cozy in Sonja's B & B and has a very special charm. Upstairs you have your own area with bedroom, bathroom and dining room. Sonja is an attentive, friendly hostess. We liked it very much.

We had a wonderful weekend with Pauli and Hoite. The rooms were nicely decorated, cozy and clean. In the morning we got a great breakfast brought to room. Delicious. The communication went great and we had no problems with anything. We were allowed to borrow two bicycles to enjoy the forest and the IJsselmeer. Always happy again :-)

We had a great few days in Warns! Andréia‘s place is cozy and well equipped with kitchen and entertainment supplies. We loved sitting by the fireplace on a rainy fall day.

The stay at Andréia we liked it. The arrival and the check-in were uncomplicated. The location of the accommodation is fantastic, right on the water and very quiet with lots of nature around it. The house was sparkling and decorated with lovely details. Fresh flowers were on arrival on the table. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired. We spontaneously borrowed the e-bikes from the hosts and received valuable tips for our cycling trip. Andréa was always responsive, open and helpful. We say thank you and would like to come back.

A very special and lovely place to stay.

Andréia's accommodation is cozy and ideally located for rest, cycling, swimming or exploring Southwest Friesland by boat. It is also an ideal starting point for day trips to Terschelling, Vliesland or, for example, Amsterdam. In the village there are restaurants, but no grocery store or bakery. One finds this however in the neighboring places. For us as a family with two children (9 and 11) it was just right for the size. It would be important for me that the children can safely swim, because the channel is adjacent to the house. But there is the possibility to shut off access to the water. You have to be careful.

A very spacious family retreat. We had a great a peaceful holiday. The lodge is perfect for two families and our hosts were very helpful and respectful of our privacy.

We were here with 7 friends and a dog over the weekend. We immediately felt at home, it was much nicer than we expected. The beds were great, the bathrooms were very clean, the grounds were beautiful and there was everything we needed for 2 days. We hardly left the house and also the weather did not play, so I can not say anything about the surroundings. But it was a great weekend in a great place to stay!

A great accommodation with perfect facilities. We were there with 8 people and had one more evening to eat 2 more people to visit. Nevertheless, the apartment has enough dishes etc. to fulfill all wishes. A sauna session followed by a swim in the sea directly from the private investor is of course pure luxury :)

In this house, where, however, the basic equipment is missing, you can really go well. From the garden you come directly to the water to a dock for small boats. Since we do not own one, we just enjoyed the great location on the waterfront. You can also easily stay in the house for one day and enjoy life (or your well deserved) vacation. We were 8 people (4 adults, 2 children, 2 boys) and had plenty of space and fun. The kids could play great in the garden (badminton - even if some balls went swimming). But since the house is really big enough, you can spread yourself well in the house and avoid it. Wi-Fi was also available, which is not insignificant, if you are a puberty holiday. Otherwise, we had very nice neighbors, who gave us some excursion tips, and helped out with two tea towels (thanks to Kerstin unbekannteweise :-). Although, of course, we made some sense on Google Maps where the house is, we were pretty surprised to travel long distances if we wanted to get some culture. The nearest (major) cities are Amsterdam and Alkmaar with its famous cheese market, both 1.5 hours drive away. Otherwise, I recommend a nice walk behind the Marina center, where all the pretty boats are.

The house is really in a great garden, close to the sea and a supermarket is also nearby. The check in was super and simple, only a housekeeping in English would be desirable for the international guests. In addition, I would not recommend a visit in the dead of winter because it can be quite cold. To emphasize is however the breakfast ... that was really incredible and good :) All in all highly recommended and I would come again and again.

Pieni Talo is a small but nice house in the back garden of Ad and Elly. The cottage is fully equipped and every detail has been thought of. You can make your own coffee and tea and also a two-burner stove and pans are available for cooking. Breakfast is not necessary because Ad and Elly bring it in. Delicious fresh hot sandwiches and very varied fillings, juice, egg, yogurt ... Top! The pellet stove provides wonderful warmth on the colder days. Bakhuizen is a small and quiet village, there is a spar supermarket that is also open on Sundays. We enjoyed everything!

Awesome house in Hindeloopen. Lovely decoration, big shower and a nice coffee machine. It is nice to wake up and go for a morning swim and have a nice breakfast on the beautiful terrace afterwards. Hindeloopen is a beautiful small town with some cafes and a great marina. Communication with Henk was easy and everything was explained in advance. We highly recommend the apartment!

The accommodation of Henk and his wife is beautifully located, centrally located in Hindeloopen, just behind the dike and a few hundred meters from the marina, the supermarket and various restaurants. It is quiet and we had a nice and relaxed welcome by Henk. The equipment is great: from the individually adjustable slats in the box spring on a Smart TV including Netflix, large shower with many features and a D'Longhi coffee machine with an initial supply of coffee beans and a fridge with welcome drinks. Hindeloopen is well located for exploring Friesland. In a few kilometers distance is the organic dairy De Nylander. The IJsselmeer and the canals are ideal for boating or canoeing. The area is also ideal for cycling. Short conclusion: gladly again! :-) Thanks a lot, Henk!

The place is extra super cool!!! Very quiet located in the countryside but at the same time very close to beaches (5 min) and as well to the little villages of Friesland. Hindeloopen must be one of the most picturesque of towns in all Holland. Nils waterside home is a gem, perfected located right in the centre of the town and yet so peaceful. The house is spacious and comfortable, private and very well equipped. We hope to stay again, so thoroughly recommend.

Excellent house to live in as your own home. Clean and tidy in each and every single corner. Massive sitting room, where you could actually a stage show lol. Just loved the house. We had a lovely time at Renske's place. We stayed for one week in the hot summer with two small kids and came for kite surfing. The two kitespots that we visited are not far away and we liked them both. The cottage has enough space outdoors for kite gear and a water hose for rinsing of sand. The cottage is small, cosy and perfect for our one week vacation. We found everything that we needed and more. The playground is very close by so our kids were happy as well. The internet connection was reliable but not super fast, enough for everything except movies. Renske was amazing, very responsive and a wonderful host.

The bikes are great and have been able to make a nice day trip with it. Friendly owners who answer super fast with any questions. We are happy to come back!

In this chalet in Rijs we had everything that could make our week comfortable. In a small space we felt very comfortable in a tasteful ambience. The environment is quiet and great for cycling. Many beautiful villages can be discovered and water sports enthusiasts will get their money's worth. We'll be back!

Although quite small, Renskes place is pretty much amazing. Located very closely to the center of Stavoren, it features an electric fire place, ocean view and an extraordinary breakfast. Everything is cozy and clean. We had a great stay.

Renske’s place is calm and comfortable and sososo beautiful! You have everything you need, an own bathroom, a little kitchen - without the possibility to cook, but with microwave, dishes, knifes forks spoons, glasses, cups, everything - and a little electronic oven if you’re feeling cold. The location is also very nice, close to the sea and to some shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this athmospheric place!
