Casa Clementina is located in Scurzolengo, in an ideal location for visiting Monferrato, the Langhe, and, within an hour’s drive, Turin, Milan, and Genoa. Located on the town's main street, it features a garden, a patio, a terrace, a hot tub, a mosquito control system, and a swimming pool overlooking the surrounding hills, which is shared with our other two properties, Casa Verrua and Belavista. The free parking space and the EV charging station are completed for a fee.

A delicious breakfast is included, and for those who want it, an EXTRA is the private use of the lake-view jacuzzi

Charming Holiday Home with private spa located in Laghe and Roero, an oasis of real relaxation where you will therefore be the only guests. The accommodation is on the first floor of the house, with independent entrance and garden. We are at few minutes from Alba, Bra, Barolo, La Morra, Neive, Barbaresco and the main points of interest in Langhe and Roero. Moreover we are 45 minutes from the city of Turin, which can therefore be visited in one day.
