Charm of the Inselwallpark- Three room apartment

Our apartment is located by the park, through which you can reach the city center in 10-15 minutes. Three rooms, spacious bathroom (with tub and shower cabin and washing machine), kitchenette at the end of the hallway. Five steps connect the living room with the dining room. Terrace in front of the living room facing the street (quiet). Lovingly and comfortably furnished old building apartment, 60sqm. Free parking spaces are available. If the apartment is not rented, I use it as a practice space for my profession.

Top City apartment BS: Central, quiet, bright + balcony!

The 32 sqm apartment we have newly generously furnished a few years ago. Very bright, quiet and has a small balcony to SW! Located in the middle of the city on the pedestrian zone: in the Casparistraße between Burgplatz and Hagenmarkt (e.g. 5 min. to the audio-Med-Akad. or castle). Many shops and local suppliers in the immediate vicinity enable a fast basic supply! Public transport stops (trams/buses) only 1 - 3 minutes away: VW FS or Siemen only about 10 - 15 min.!

The apartment is modernly furnished and is located both a 15-minute walk from the main train station and from the city center. It consists of an approx. 20 square meter one-room apartment with a private bathroom and a small but fully equipped kitchen in which coffee and tea are available free of charge for guests. A cozy apartment on an area of 42 square meters awaits you with a great view from the 3rd floor above the mezzanine. Luxurious wellness oasis in the rooftops

The 100 sqm apartment is on the 10/11 floor, which is easily accessible via an elevator. Downtown and Central Station are located just a few minutes walk away. A fully equipped oasis of well-being with sauna, bathtub and a fantastic view over Braunschweig awaits you. TVs in the living room/bedroom & bathroom provide good entertainment. The wifi is very fast with a 1TB line. It's very quiet. Windows and doors are well insulated.

Cozy cottage for two people. Directly on the lake, with large terrace and sauna. The house was built exclusively with ecological materials and furnished with solid wood furniture, including pine wood. It has a double bed 160 x 200, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and dry toilet. House is part of a small tiny house holiday settlement (four houses). The other cottages can also be booked through Airbnb.

The apartment is approx. 43 m². There are 2 rooms, one large (living room) and one slightly smaller (bedroom), both connect a long hallway from which the bathroom and kitchen also go. There is also a balcony facing the street from the living room. All rooms are very bright due to the many windows in daylight. Except for the bathroom and kitchen (tiles), there is easy-maintained laminate flooring in all rooms.

Our 60 m² guest apartment on the upper floor of a two-family house has a 18m ² balcony. It is located in the countryside on the eastern outskirts of Brunswick. From here you can easily reach the Braunschweig city with theatre, museums and traditional islands, Wolfsburg with phaeno and autostadt and the Harz Mountains. Parking is free in front of the house.

For yourself! Exceptional house from 1752

For individualists! Situated in a calm idyllic residential area of Brunswick, no though traffic. Furnished away from mainstream the house is inhabited by you exclusively. You may relax on the terrace in the garden in summertime. Families with a small baby are welcome. Please observe: The staircase leading to the bedroom is not secure for small children.
