Cozy cabin by Tyin with a view into Jotunheim

Recharge in stunning surroundings! At the banks of Tyin you have a view straight into Jotunheimen. If you are lucky, you will wake up to the grouse as tiles on the outside of the cabin and maybe drink your morning coffee while watching the reindeer animals on the outside. You will live in the middle of the sandwich with endless hiking opportunities. During summertime you can drive all the way up to the cabin. In the winter you will not come to the cabin by car. It takes about 1/2 hour to ski depending on the driving conditions. It is also possible to order scooter transport.

Very good fishing opportunities in the area This is a true summer paradise in a nostalgic setting perfectly located in the mountain village of Vang in Valdres. Central older cottage with charm on the Tyin crossing. With a short way to the facilities of the place. There is a grocery, sports shop, dining, pub, cross-country ski trails and alpine slope in the immediate vicinity. The place is also centrally located in relation to fantastic hikes in the mountains, both summer and winter, as it is located at the foot of Jotunheimen. Whether it is ski, bike, snowshoe or legs prefer. You also have Eidsbugarden, Kongevegen, Borgund Stavechurch, Vettisfossen, Årdal and Lærdal in reasonable proximity to the place.

The cabin is located in Raudalen 6-7 min from Beitostølen. The cabin consists of 2 WC, where there is a large lovely shower in one bathroom. There are 8 full beds with duvet and pillow. Bed lin must be brought. Practical information is provided by landlord. No animals, smoke and partying are allowed at the cabin.

The Cabin - Jonskørstølen

This is an old and uniq cabin that was build in 1900. For several years it was used in the summer by milkmaids that had their animals up there. A cabin with soul! Without electricity the cabin is simple- you will get a resting heartrate pretty fast. The cabin is 1100m above sea level and have an untouched and spectacular nature around with several fishingwaters. Since the area is private there are no marked trails around but the possibilities for hiking is endless. Welcome to the mountains!

Welcome to my paradise! April in the mountains is wonderful! Skaresnø in the morning and looser throughout the day when the sun has done its own. Choose whether to walk your feet along the road, on snowshoes everywhere, skiing everywhere, or just sit and enjoy the panoramic view. The cabin was completed in 2018 and has internet, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and large adhesive stove. Completely subjective; the nicest cabin on Syndin ;) Short drive to alpine slopes. Welcome!

Idyllic noise/seats in Smådalen/Valdres, 1100 mh.

The small valley offers wild and untouched mountain nature. The cabin is very simple with a good dose of charm! This is an old sturgeon where the family used to live all summer and brought the animals to the mountains, so here's a lot of history in the walls! Come and experience the mountain world, far from traffic jam and rush, lower shoulders and pulse. Feel free to stay a week with us! Head out for a walk or just stay "at home" and enjoy the view and life on the move!
