Happy Our River House

We are located about a mile south out of Utopia off of FM 187. Close to town yet a secluded feeling surrounds the property. Bird watching and wildlife viewing right off the back deck. We are located within a 20 minute drive to Lost Maples State Park or Garner State Park. We have a walking trail down to the riverside that you can use as a picnic sight. Right now the Sabinal river site we have is not swimmable due to the drought.

Just 3.5 miles south of Lost Maples State Natural Area, big tooth maples and live oaks surround the Orchard Inn, providing shade and privacy, even though our home is nearby.
