Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

The heart of the apartment is the large living/dining area, and the absolute highlight is the almost 40 square meter roof terrace with a grill. Free Wi-Fi and parking are a matter of course.

Quiet hamlet with 100 inhabitants with great mountain views. 20 minutes from the Alpspitze. In summer, there are great ponds and mountain lakes nearby. Many hiking trails and bike tours are right outside the front door. Munich, Lake Constance, Zugspitze, Legoland and Ravensburger Spieleland are easily accessible as day trips.

Our vacation home is a spacious, light-flooded, detached architectural house with a large roof terrace and a purist garden on a hillside. The roof terrace offers a magnificent panoramic view of the Alps and the Zugspitze. Our house offers you a fully equipped open-space kitchen. For relaxation, an infrared steam cabin and a hot tub are available for free use. The house is climate-friendly with PV system, battery storage and air heat pump.

Apartment in Betzigau - Hauptmannsgreut

Forget your worries – in this spacious and quiet accommodation. Our apartment is in our house on the outskirts of Hauptmannsgreut. From here you can walk or cycle directly into nature, for in the Kempten Forest or to the Notzenweiher. The apartment has a separate entrance and was completed in 2025. The outdoor area is not yet paved or landscaped. However, we have prepared a seating area in the immediate vicinity.

Vacation home on the Hohe Schulter

There is plenty to do in the hilly landscape: Extensive forest walks or bike tours. The natural swimming lake and the art workshop are 15 minutes walking distance. On the village mountain you can relax and enjoy the fantastic view. The apartment offers 60 m² of space with a double bedroom and couch. The living room has a TV, desk and sofa bed. A large terrace is available. Shopping is easily accessible by car.
