Bergmarie – Your exclusive mountain-view home

The Bergmarie, first mentioned in 1394, was completely renovated in 2024 and combines Allgäu tradition with modern comfort. The apartment "Löwenzahn" offers 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds), a bathroom with shower/toilet, living-dining area with sofa, TV and equipped kitchen. Direct access to the terrace with open mountain views. The Bergmarie stands for aesthetics, comfort and a feeling of home – a place where tradition remains alive and modern lightness moves in.

Escape the hustle and bustle in our 'Tiny Twins'. Small but nice, it offers a modern bathroom, fully equipped kitchen & comfort from double bed to sofa bed. Enjoy the idyll of the stream, stay connected with Wi-Fi. For 1-4 people, with nature at the door: Elbsee, hiking & biking trails. The local baker, butcher and various restaurants are minutes away. The Brenner family warmly welcomes you to Kraftisried. Quietly located on the outskirts, the apartment can accommodate five people (plus baby cot). Well-equipped kitchen and a bright dining and living area. From the sunny terrace you have direct access to the garden with a fireplace and barbecue area. The butcher shop and supermarket are a short walk away. The central location allows you to reach many well-known destinations in a short drive.

Architectural house: climate-friendly with Zugspitze view

Our vacation home is a spacious, light-flooded, detached architectural house with a large roof terrace and a purist garden on a hillside. The roof terrace offers a magnificent panoramic view of the Alps and the Zugspitze. Our house offers you a fully equipped open-space kitchen. For relaxation, an infrared steam cabin and a hot tub are available for free use. The house is climate-friendly with PV system, battery storage and air heat pump.

Apartment in the Allgäu nature

“Small but nice” - this applies perfectly to our new 32 sqm apartment. You will have everything you need in the apartment. You can sit back & relax. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table with chairs, as well as a double bed. There is plenty of room for an extra bed for a child. The separate bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. If you need a washing machine, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Beautiful apartment in a former cowshed. Shared indoor swimming pool with direct access from the apartment. Great location for excursions by bike or hiking in the mountains. Trampoline and swing for shared use. Former farmhouse with two cats and a dog. We no longer have any livestock. The apartment is fully equipped with dishes, towels and bed linen for 4 people. One double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), one sofa bed (140 cm x 200 cm)

Apartment in Betzigau - Hauptmannsgreut

Forget your worries – in this spacious and quiet accommodation. Our apartment is in our house on the outskirts of Hauptmannsgreut. From here you can walk or cycle directly into nature, for in the Kempten Forest or to the Notzenweiher. The apartment has a separate entrance and was completed in 2025. The outdoor area is not yet paved or landscaped. However, we have prepared a seating area in the immediate vicinity.

Vacation home on the Hohe Schulter

There is plenty to do in the hilly landscape: Extensive forest walks or bike tours. The natural swimming lake and the art workshop are 15 minutes walking distance. On the village mountain you can relax and enjoy the fantastic view. The apartment offers 60 m² of space with a double bedroom and couch. The living room has a TV, desk and sofa bed. A large terrace is available. Shopping is easily accessible by car.
