Zu Fuß innerhalb 3 Minuten erreicht man den Supermarkt, die Bäckerei, den Metzger, die Apotheke und ein Restaurant mit Biergarten. In der Stadt Kempten ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Min., eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig. Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

Welcome to Wildpoldsried in the Allgäu! Cozy, quietly located apartment for 2-4 people, completely renovated in 2020. The west balcony offers a magnificent distant view and invites you to relax. Centrally located in the Allgäu, just 10 km from Kempten, is Wildpoldsried. Shopping and gastronomy are within walking distance. Thanks to good transport connections by car, bus and bicycle, the apartment is an ideal starting point for excursions to the Allgäu, the land of mountains and lakes.

Modern apartment right on the Lech. The apartment consists of a modern kitchen , a bedroom (double bed), a bathroom with shower and toilet, and an entrance area with a cloakroom. The apartment is set back in the courtyard/garden or on the Lech and completely on the 2nd floor. Above the Lech you can enjoy a romantic view of the former monastery of St. Mang and the High Castle at your feet. Shopping, strolling, dining out... possible without transportation.

Large and high-quality furnished apartment in a former farm/cow barn. Brand new 8x4 m pool as an indoor pool, heated all year round. Quiet hamlet with 100 inhabitants with great mountain views. 20 minutes from the Alpspitze. In summer, there are great ponds and mountain lakes nearby. Many hiking trails and bike tours are right outside the front door. Munich, Lake Constance, Zugspitze, Legoland and Ravensburger Spieleland are easily accessible as day trips.

The Brenner family warmly welcomes you to Kraftisried. Quietly located on the outskirts, the apartment can accommodate five people (plus baby cot). The roof terrace offers a magnificent panoramic view of the Alps and the Zugspitze. Our house offers you a fully equipped open-space kitchen. For relaxation, an infrared steam cabin and a hot tub are available for free use. The house is climate-friendly with PV system, battery storage and air heat pump.

Whether you enjoy the sunset from the roof terrace overlooking the Allgäu Alps or plan a mountain bike tour and a hike directly from your apartment door - nothing stands in the way of a relaxing vacation here. In winter, you can start extensive tours at an altitude of 900 m with snowshoes and cross-country skis - directly in the climatic health resort - or explore all the Allgäu ski resorts within a 30 km drive.
