This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

This SOFO-district is famous for its relaxed atmosphere with bars, restaurants, trendy small shops of design, vintage, eco-food etc. Within walking distance to the old town of Gamla Stan, ferries to Djurgården, among lots of other "musts".. The flat is on the 4th floor (elevator) in an "fin de siécle" building, it is calm, luminous and spacious. A really cosy accommodation you will long for returning to!

The location is great to explore Stockholm. Quiet, charming area, only 15 min walk to Stureplan in the city center and with great communications nearby. Also very close to Djurgården and parks Humlegården and Hagaparken. The studio apartment has its own entrance and consists of a spacious hallway, bedroom and bathroom.
