Ideal for 2 people, but there are single mattresses in the living room, which can accommodate two more people. The television is in the bedroom, but can be placed on the counter in the living room.

Property with high ceilings and beautifully decorated to serve our guests. It is a spacious and comfortable studio! 30 m2, well-lit and with amenities. It is in the back of the owners' residence but has a separate entrance. Located 400 meters from Molhes Beach and 100 meters from the Gastronomic Route. There are utensils to prepare small meals but, if you prefer, the best restaurants in town are nearby! A bakery, supermarket and pizzeria can also be found in the neighborhood

A spectacular view of the Mampituba River is part of the scenario, with the right to a movie sunset. It has 1 cozy suite, a well-equipped office with a sofa bed, a very pleasant living room, 2 bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen, laundry and air conditioning. Parking included. It's a charm! Enjoy! :)
