The house, we call it Jangan dong after our district of Seoul, is situated in the Granville sub-division of Catalunen Pequeño. The living area is 45sqm, outside area roofed with sitting and utility areas. The living/dining area has a sofa, 43" TV with Mi Stick, Wifi, A/C, dining suite and fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom has a double bed, large wardrobe and A/C. The front of the house is planted with Bamboo for privacy. Excess electricity use (>100P/day) charged , please see house rules.
