This is the perfect escape for the large family or group that wants to be close to town but still enjoy the peaceful tranquility of the South Canterbury countryside. 10 minutes to Timaru CBD and beautiful Caroline Bay, 8 minutes to Pleasant Point, 25 minutes to beautiful Geraldine and just over an hour to the gorgeous tourist destination of Tekapo.

The unit is not luxury accommodation but it is spacious, clean and includes everything you might have at home from an ironing board to a hair dryer.

We are situated West Timaru on a small lifestyle block surrounded by established trees and a pond. Gleniti 18 hole golf course just across the road. Very private property.
