The self contained annexe is located in the charming village of Lodsworth, close to the towns of Midhurst & Petworth (with plentiful antique shops). Very convenient for Cowdray Polo, Chichester & Goodwood festivals. The sandy beaches of The Witterings are only a 40 mins drive away. The village has a lovely pub & shop stocking local produce. The Roost is ideal for couples and solo adventurers. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate pets or infants. NO CLEANING FEE ADDED!

Our Cottage is hidden away in the heart of the quintessential English village of Lodsworth. Our guest suite ( called Chill Studio) has its own entrance and en suite within the adjacent annex . Its sparkling clean & fresh & only a short walk from the forest or village store. (The local pub The Hollist will hopefully be open again soon). Perfectly located for activities at neighbouring Cowdray or Goodwood and the South Downs. Parking is available 50 yards from the house.
