The core house is our private summer oasis. Newly renovated in 2023. Unique grandma-summer house located in Stubbekøbing city. The house is located 8-12 min walk from the jetty and harbor. Good starting point/base for bike tourists. Close to beautiful diverse nature, historical sites and gourmet experiences including Pomle Nakke and Hesnæs Harbour. The house's 40 well utilized sqm offers a new kitchen and living room in open connection, as well as two rooms and a new nice bathroom. There is a secluded front and back yard, which invites you to play and relax.

Annex is 35 m2 and has its own bathroom and toilet, there is Ping pong and billiard table as well as other play activities for children and adults. All rooms have access to the terrace. The property is within walking distance to the boardwalk in the summerhouse area Kongsnæs, on a closed undisturbed main road. The tastefully decorated, high-quality cottage. The house has underfloor heating.
