Large, fenced parking property together with residential building of the owner. Approx. 50 sqm apartment with living-kitchen area, bedroom, shower room and storage room. Open, white glazed roof truss and oak parquet. Water views from every room! Private parking space. Large terrace area for sunbathing or eating.

Cozy little apartment - close to Sund

In a quiet side street just 250 meters from the beach promenade, lies our small cozy high ground floor apartment. It's bright and has a small balcony. In the living room there is one double bed and one sofa bed. Two extra beds for children are thus possible. There is a washing machine on the basement, which can be used free of charge. Bedding and towels are included. Downtown is in walking distance and there is always a parking space in front of the house.
