Old renovated furniture independent of our house, in the middle of a large plot with some animals (ducks, geese, chickens, goats) for the greatest pleasure of children. I would point out that they are placed at a distance from the dwelling and therefore do not cause any noise nuisance. The perch is an ideal area if you are looking for a peaceful setting, no neighborhood near the house; this allows you to spend a stay in tranquility and relaxation.

I rent a family home in the Perche with pool, completely renovated last year. The house is located on the edge of the forest on 3 ha of land, in a small village of about 20 inhabitants. Located 10 minutes from Mortagne au Perche and 30 minutes from Bellême. 15 min from Aigle train station, 1 hr 15 min direct train from Gare Montparnasse. Our house is ideally placed to take many forest walks (without getting back to the car).
