It is about 40-50 minutes by car to Dogo Onsen, Matsuyama Castle sightseeing, Tobe Zoo, etc. JR Shimonada Station, 9 minutes by car A cute house that was completely renovated in 2019.The kitchen, bath, and toilet are also new. There is a small river and a nice old house of Japanese style next to the house .The tool of the barbecue is prepared. （Please bring an ignition agent and charcoal） it's comfortable in summer as the temperature is a few degrees lower than in the city. As of 2024, mobile phones have become much easier to connect to. （no wi-fi） The air conditioner was installed in 2022, but it is only on the first floor.Enjoy the natural air. There is a fan. Firewood isn't available from May as it will be warmer.

This house is old but nice spacious two-story . you can use whole facility for private . The ceiling of first floor is a bit low and the bath is small. but has a good ocean view.
