Cozy 2-room apartment near the Baltic Sea

Small quiet apartment in the countryside. Franzburg is more a sleepy place with an ice cream shop, Edeka, Sparkasse and pharmacy and does not offer much touristy. Here you should definitely be mobile, as it is a good starting point for day trips in all directions. The Baltic Sea with beautiful beaches on the Darss can be reached after about 40 minutes. The city of Stralsund and the Rügenauffahrt can be reached in about 30 minutes. The well-equipped apartment contains a small kitchen-living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. This includes a parking space, (a balcony ) and use of the Wi-Fi. Towels and made-up beds are provided upon arrival. If required, an extra bed can be made for a child at no extra charge.

Worth seeing in the yard: the BLACK BOX GALLERY and the ceramic studio YELLOW CUBE . The Kunsthof is located on the edge of Rostock Heide, inexpensive on the L22, with horse paddocks vis a vis. Quiet, bright and friendly apartment on the second floor in the center of Greifswald. Large rooftop terrace on the third floor with views over the rooftops. Theatre, cinema, museum harbor, zoo and train station within walking distance. The market square with its brick-style gable houses around the corner, the Pomeranian State Museum too. This is an animal-free non-smoking household. Therefore, animals are unfortunately not welcome. There is no smoking in the apartment.

Landhaus Gutleben, with a view on the cranes

This house found us! Rather coincidentally, this old farmhouse was offered to us for sale in 2019, furnished. Immediately we fell in love with the lovingly furnished house, the enchanting garden and the unique location at the end of a 1.5 km long, paved road surrounded by fields. As a sailor, I, Peter, love the unobstructed expanse, the wind, the silence, the proximity to nature. I found all this together with my wife Denise - our anchorage on land.

Lovely furnished room in quiet area

A nice, cozy room is waiting for you. There you will find bed, couch, wardrobe, TV and a small sitting area. The cover is oversized. I'll be happy to give out another pillow. Unfortunately, there is no kitchen, but appropriate dishes are available for small meals as well as kettle and toaster. There is another refrigerator and a hot plate in the hallway for you. You will also use the bathroom with shower alone. We could rarely meet in the hallway.

The apartment is located directly on a nature reserve. Bodden (Ribnitz-damgarten) takes about 15 minutes by car and about 25 minutes to the Baltic Sea. Marlow Bird Park is about 12 km away. There are also opportunities to paddle with the canoe on the Recknitz. A gas station with a small supermarket is about 4 km away. Rostock is 40 km and Stralsund is about 50 km away. Four times a week, the bakery wagon comes around 11 o'clock in the morning.

Only surrounded by meadows and fields, hidden behind the village pond is the small estate with the main house and the old stables. For 5 years we have been carefully renovating and breathing life back into the estate of 1899. On the upper floor of the manor house, a brick building typical for the region, a 115sqm spacious, light-flooded apartment awaits you. The old beams can be seen again. "Kontor" for 2 in posto-socialist manor house

The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with marodem charm for 2 people that is located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country.
