John was very communicative and clear with the instructions for our stay. Check-in was extremely easy, and Wi-Fi and amenities were easily accessible. Both our room and the restrooms were spotless. Other guests were staying there, but it was quiet and we did not cross paths. Parking was also easy and accessible. No complaints with our stay- extremely affordable for the value of the room in a very nice house. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in the area. Thank you John!

Good place to stay

Wonderful location! Loved the King size bed it was great! Even though I didn’t get to meet John I loved the personal touches and how organized everything was. Thank you so much !

Fancy/elegant decor, a small table of snacks and toiletries for sale in the second floor hallway, a good large kitchen. The linens include a hand towel which will also be your kitchen towel. The kitchen trash is under the sink. Also, shoes must be removed at the front door and the floors in the hallway, kitchen, and sun room (which is also the guests' dining room) are granite, very cold, so good warm socks are advised.

Nidhi is a very kind, delightful woman and an accommodating host who made sure my stay was a good one. Nidhi's husband is as nice as she is, and their little daughter is adorable. The room is cozy with a very comfortable bed and is right next to the nicely designed private bathroom. If you forget soap, shampoo, etc., not to worry - they have it for you. There is no refrigerator in the room, but Nidi graciously allowed me to use theirs. Their home is in a good, safe neighborhood with ample parking. I stayed 2 nights and it was perfect for me, location-wise and price-wise.

I would totally recommend staying here! They were very accommodating! I had driven 9 hours and they made sure they were able to check me in at 4am! The space was clean and perfect for what I needed!

I had an amazing stay, Marigowda is an excellent host and attended me as a Family member, the others people staying in the house were very kindly with me at all times. Even there were days that I arrived home very late because of work and they had already cooked meals for me. I will miss sharing and living with them. They have a beautiful backyard with pines and squirrels surrounding everywhere.

Colleen was wonderful. The apartment was spectacular. I was in NJ to deal with a sick relative and Colleen would text me to see how I was holding up. She even left a beautiful fruit bowl. I would recommend renting this apartment as I will rent again next time I'm in NJ

Colleen greeted me at the front door upon my arrival and gave me a thorough tour of the space. She let me park my vehicle on her driveway. The studio is very spacious (almost too big to be called a "studio") spotless. There's a big screen TV and also a smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas oven, microwave and a Keurig machine. The bathroom is actually 3/4 bath (no tub) but the shower was more than enough for me. I look forward to returning to Colleen's place if I ever come back to the area.

Great Host. Great Communication. Private, clean and very nice place. Highly Recommend. I was in transition while my residence was having work done for a month and this place was a perfect fit. It is 2 minutes to Parkway and RT 35. Great Value.

Great studio, great atmosphere!! The space is much bigger than what I expected, and the cleanliness was absolutely over the top. Open the door, get in and enjoy! That’s how I like to spend my holidays. Colleen and Bob are the most wonderful and caring people and they’ve been more than ready to share their knowledge about the area and answer every little question I might have had ! I’ll definitely be going back to their studio next time I’m in New York..

Stayed for over a month at Colleens place. She was incredibly hospitable and friendly. The room was generous in size and very clean. I had a great time.

Ana's place was excellent! About 5-6min drive to Trinitas Hospital and 4 min drive to Elizabeth train station. Location is very very good, walkable distance to supermarket and Dunkin donuts and Laundramat and restaurants. Her place is very clean, In superior condition. I would recommend anyone coming to Elizabeth to stay here. Its a very clean place and feels like home. Ana is very friendly and a great host.

Great place and nice host. Ended up hanging out with him and his friends in his backyard after I checked in and he upgraded my room. Very accommodating and makes the guest feel welcome.

Jaime has a great setup. Up on the 3rd floor of the house, there’s a kitchenette, bathroom, and 3 bedrooms. The kitchenette has glasses, silverware, plates, napkins, a full size fridge, and various condiments and such. My room was private enough that I wasn’t bothered by other guests talking or watching TV. The house is a couple blocks from 1&9 and across from a Target but not noisy at all. Parking is in the driveway and it can be a little tight if all the rooms are occupied. Glad I stayed...would definitely stay again!

Carol’s place is exactly how it is described and depicted. Was as quiet as can be, cute touches everywhere, great amenities and in a great location. I stayed at Carols during my bar exam. I wanted a quiet room and that is exactly what I got. Very peaceful and put me in a great mindset. Also, the hosts are very sweet and considerate. Would highly recommend this place.

I stayed here for a course of 10 days over a 2 month period and I was amazed by everything. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a great stay. I felt like It was my home but the room and amenities were better than a hotel!

The apartment was very clean and perfect for what we needed. It was also so close to everywhere that we wanted to go!

This is a quiet, clean, lovely little room to stay in. I was there for a week for an important exam at Rutgers, and it was a great place to study. The hosts were kind and helpful and I had no problems at all. The easy check in process meant that my late arrival wasn't an issue. The room's mini fridge and microwave, plus coffee/tea maker, also meant I saved a lot of money on not eating out the whole week. Highly recommend!

Salam’s place was super cute. Just like the pictures. The roof/shower head is a little low so good luck if you’re taller than 6’2. Other than that, everything was great! Salam was an amazing host. Not to mention how quickly she responds- we locked ourselves out and she was already at the door getting us a spare within 2 mins of sending her a text! Great place for two. The WiFi is fast as well, streamed a movie while a couple downloaded. PS- the bed was extremely comfy! Hard not to knock out within minutes of laying on it.

Salam's room was perfect for what we needed! So cute and clean with a comfortable bed, hot shower and private too!

Nadeem’s place was clean, bright and homey. My boyfriend and I had car trouble on the way to the AirBnB. Nadeem noticed we did not have a car and asked us if we needed anything when he went out. His thoughtfulness was much appreciated and we look forward to renting this space again.

The communication was great, beautiful location, very clean & I felt safe. I drove a hour to get there & it was definitely worth the stay. My only suggestion would be to bring a portable heater for low temperatures outside. I will be booking again & will recommend it to other people. Thanks again Nadeem!

The place is a bit cluttered with multiple tenants, but Margit is a charming hostess and will try very hard to please. Make sure you establish contact before arrival. There was some confusion about the contact # and physical address.

Margit's place is very conveniently located from the Princeton campus. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Margit's home is welcoming and warm; I have always felt like I was coming back "home" every evening. There is ample space for parking. Margit is a fantastic host; I've used AirBnB in several states now, and a few countries, and I can say that Margit is a Superhost in every sense of the word, both within the US and beyond!

Place: discreet, quiet, accessible to the coast, to bars, to restaurants to shops. If you do not want to be found is the ideal. Cleanliness and details is excellent. The electric fireplace is a success when it's cold. WiFi and Netflix service good. Owner always available. And the only Airbnb in the Perth Amboy area. Recommendation What we all want. A little cheaper. Super satisfied. Travel from Puerto Rico

Very clean, affordable room with just about everything you need. Laura is kind and extremely responsive with any questions or comments you may have. Lily (small dog) is really cute and will grow on you throughout your stay. As a bonus, there’s a liquor store about a minute walk away and a lot of food options available within driving distance. Highly recommended.

Very Nice

As others have noted, this place is spotless. Both the host and the long term guests are extremely hospitable. The rooms are a little barren (read: a bed and a lamp) and the kitchen consists of a microwave and a coffee maker but it's more than worth it for the price.

Beautiful home and wonderful hosts. They sell snacks and drinks upstairs for $2, offer utensils and kitchen ware for open use, have a super clean house, and make you feel so welcome. I will come again!

Very quiet neighborhood, set parking made things very easy. Can get cold in the basement there, but the in room heater takes care of that. I would complain about not being able to flush toilet paper, but I'm finding out that it's super common up here to have old pipes, so I can't hold that against anyone. Would have stayed here much longer if someone else hadn't booked it!

No stairs from your private guest entrance, and a few less down to the room. That was as helpful as the additional heater in the room. A nice suburban neighborhood.

Olugbenga and his family were amazing hosts. They were very kind and even checked on me to make sure that I wasn’t cold and I had enough heat. The neighborhood is very safe. I was very satisfied and actually plan on staying again because I make this trip often and this is where I will be staying. He was very accommodating I was coming in earlier than check in and he made it possible for me to check in even though he works nights he was available for me to check in that morning. I just had a really good experience and I plan on staying here every time I come up to Woodridge Township. The place was nice clean quiet.

Had to make a quick trip, and Taslim’s place was in a great location, clean, and easy to check into. With just a 5 minute drive we were around great bars and a fun scene. Very clean, easy to check in and out of. Would definitely stay here again.

House was wonderful for my family, brothers family and sister family. We had to have a quick place to all come together due to the passing of our oldest brother it made our very difficult time much easier to be able to be with one another. One place to all be able to plan the unexpected situation. Furqan was very easy and quick with questions we had. It was a very very relaxing with the all the stress we were under.
