NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70sqm attic apartment in the center of Rosenheim. In the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. Modern and very well equipped apartment in Brannenburg in the Inn Valley. The apartment is easily accessible from a traffic point of view. 3 minutes from the highway (you don't hear) and 10 minutes walk from the train station... Many hiking destinations, swimming lakes and climbing areas attract visitors. Guesthouse Paradies Samerberg - a magical place.

Our guesthouse is absolutely quiet and secluded on the outskirts of Törwang with unrestricted views of the Hochries and the Inn Valley. In the summer of 2020, 2 low-energy wooden houses made of local wood were built completely free of pollutants. A place of letting go, of breathing. With private garden and south-west terrace. The cottage has a large living room with carpenter's kitchen, dining table and sofa bed with spring mattress (200 x 160 cm) and a bedroom & bathroom with shower.
