Old small village cafe transformed into a duplex recently, in a quiet alley in the heart of the village. No WiFi or TV but full of novels, books, magazines... The bakery and restaurant are next door, the doctor, the bank, the media library less than 100 m away. Same for free parking with electric terminal. The supermarket is at the exit of the village, the Ceor 5 minutes walk, the Glandou Reservoir 1 km500 for trout fishermen, Rodez and the Soulage Museum 30 minutes.
