Self contained studio apartment with private entrance at the front of Aloha. Located in a quiet part of town at the top of the hill, it’s a scenic 5-10 min walk down to the town where you can enjoy the coastal views, cafes, pubs and restaurants. Guest parking is off-road with additional space for trailer storage by separate arrangement/cost. The room is equipped with a small kitchenette and an en-suite with shower. If you cannot manage the hill back up, please ask if you would like a lift.

Off-street parking. Just under 1 mile from Kingsbridge town centre. Great pub 9 mins walk away. Salcombe, Dartmouth and Totnes only 15-30 mins drive away. Sandy beach 15 mins away. Spectacular coastal walks on offer nearby. Weekly bookings during the summer, 3 night min stay at other times. Sorry, no long term lets.

Spacious private cottage near the sea and Salcombe

Cosy One bedroom semi detached annex with private parking and garden. Our cottage is perfect for a quiet winter break storm chasing or a lovely summer break by the sea. Situated near the South West coast path and walking distance (20mins walk 1 mile) to pubs and beaches at Hope Cove and South Milton Sands. Salcombe and Kingsbridge less than 10 mins drive away! We are very happy for you to bring dogs but we request that they are not left at home unattended and that you clean up after them.

The apartment is at the beginning of Devon Road, near North Sands beach, within walking distance of the centre of Salcombe. The property is well furnished in a modern beach style (think driftwood, white), with all the amenities. There is a private garden and patio area as well as a large South facing balcony, which is a real sun trap, with views across the estuary and to the sea. Previous guests have always enjoyed the property!
