In the middle of a 3000 m2 garden, this traditional 19thcentury shepherd's house completely renovated in 2022 offers a 44 m2 surface area with living room, equipped kitchen, shower room and independent bedroom. Outside: 2 terraces of 16 m2 (covered) and 12 m2 as well as an outbuilding of 5 m2 serving as laundry. A 30 m2 wooden terrace overlooking the sea and extended by a mirror pool is perfect for practicing naturism. Outdoor solar shower. Dogs and cats accepted. Wifi.
