Penthouse of 120 m2 (5th floor)with covered terrace of 30m2 sea view in quiet condominium with concierge, on the port, reachable with a staircase of 30 steps and then elevator. Private garage two parking spaces one behind the other. Electric heating system/air conditioning/hot water boiler/fireplace, wifi. The house also lived by the owners, is very comfortable and well furnished , with linen, full kitchen (dishwasher/fridge,oven) wardrobes in all rooms,closet with washing machine.
