Cute, Clean studio apartment.

Super cute, completely renovated basement apartment. You can experience what it is like to live as a college student! Just a block away from the University gives you all of the amenities a college student gets. Plenty of restaurants and even a grocery store within walking distance to choose from. Enjoy a delicious bagel and coffee from a cute bagelry kitty corner from this apartment. Whether you're staying for one night or a month this apartment will accommodate all of your needs. There is a full kitchen stocked with dishes and coffee as well as a desk to accomplish any work you need to. My husband and I have enjoyed remodeling and furnishing this place and are eager to welcome guests😊 Thank you for your consideration.

We’re located in a safe quiet neighborhood close to Idaho State University, hospital , with easy access to interstate. The studio has a separate entrance and is easy to come and go. The Fargo Apartments is a historic building from 1914. This penthouse had many uses, from a ballroom through the roaring 1920s, to the managers suite, pigeon hole, and is now modern loft. This is built like a duplex, so 2 groups can have privacy here in the same house, each with their own entrance, but open to each other if desired. 4 steps up to entrance. 2 levels. Just 2 blocks from grocery store, a few blocks to I.S.U. campus and the mini dome, and 1/4 mile to freeway I-15. Lots of sound-proofing in home. Gas forced heating. Laundry included with 2 dryers.
