It is so quiet, and the beds so comfortable, that a restful night's sleep is almost a guarantee. Kayaking, canoeing, and fishing opportunities abound with water access close-by. Very kid-friendly.

Newly remodeled with a separate entrance to first level of a raised ranch home. Private bathroom, queen sized bed and sitting area. There are down pillows and a down comforter on the bed. Eating area with table and chairs, microwave and fridge. Heated by a gas stove. We are a 10 minute drive to Burlington and a 10 minute walk to Bayside Beach and Park where one can play tennis on lighted courts and swim in Lake Champlain. Lots of places to visit in the area. Close to area ski resorts, such as Smugglers Notch in Jeffersonville, Stowe Mountain resort in Stowe, Bolton Valley Ski resort in Richmond.
