Our 33m² newly-renovated place has air conditioning and is a short walk from charming, historic downtown Dijon. In a separate small building behind our house, you’ll have your own living room/kitchen, separate bedroom, and bathroom. There's free public on-street parking in front of the house. You'll be right next to the Palais des Congrès and the Auditorium, and a short tram ride to the train station, university, and hospital. Nearby supermarkets and other shops. Overnight in a Jura wine estate

Historical seigniorial house, where we built our wine cellar and set up an singular life area, working on comfort without forgetting the spirit of the place. The spaceful living room, with a full equipped kitchen, is a welcoming and hushed place, out of time. This room is opened on a large balcony, faced to East. In the first floor are 3 cosy bedrooms, organized with double beds or twin beds, separated toilets and air conditioned. A bottle of wine of the domaine is offered for your welcoming.

Beire-le-Châtel is a small peaceful village in the countryside by a river, located northeast of Dijon. It has a rich historical past as well as landscapes of plains and forests, suitable for walks. It is located 22 km from the center of Dijon, capital of the Dukes of Burgundy and city of art and history, but also from the Wine Route and the city of Beaune. Let's not forget Bèze, 5 minutes away, with its underground cave which is one of the most beautiful villages in France.

Nice 110 m2 accommodation, quiet with large 1000 m2 garden and river for swimming (within walking distance from the end of the property). It consists of a beautiful fully equipped kitchen, living room and laundry area on the ground floor. Upstairs: - 1 bedroom with double bed - 1 mezzanine bedroom with double bed. - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (possibility to arrange with 1 double bed on request). - 1 large bathroom with shower and toilet.

This former bakery and its vaulted cellar, which in its time served as a workshop for the craftsman, now welcomes you in a luxurious loft refurbished for a stay in the wine and gastronomic capital of Burgundy. Its central location in the city, close to restaurants, monuments and public transport is dedicated to rest and relaxation.

Large family suite with character

Enjoy one or more nights in a medieval Burgundian castle! This home is a two-bedroom suite, one of which is in a tower (no kitchen). They are tiled with terracotta and the French ceiling is made of oak. There is a bathroom equipped with a shower (Languedoc marble and Burgundy stone) and a toilet. Breakfast, served in a room of the castle, is included in the price shown. Accommodation for 4 people, or 5 with an extra bed.

I wanted it to be warm and comfortable so that my guests could spend relaxing and rejuvenating moments there. I also offer breakfast as well as appetizer boards and a selection of local drinks and wines.
