House in La Alpujarra Árabe, located in the oldest neighborhood of Capileira, the quietest and most magical place in town. Surrounded by the sounds of fountains, irrigation ditches, mountains, hiking trails, and the Poqueira River. The house consists of two floors. Upstairs is a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, terrace with mountain views, living room with fireplace and two armchairs-beds. Downstairs is another living-dining room with a kitchenette and a wood stove. Fully equipped and with WiFi. No heating. Fireplaces only. No TV.

It is a traditional house located on the edge of the village overlooking the highest peaks of the peninsula, Mulhacén 3482 and Veleta. Be careful with your mobility because there are many slopes in the village and stairs in the house. During summer on the "terrace" there may be flies and smells of cattle because there is a goat pen nearby. You can park or use the small parking lot of Las Espeñuelas for loading and unloading, which is 15 meters from the house, but first make sure you can drive.

Upper floor: bedrooms and full bathroom. Hiking trails are a 5-minute walk from the accommodation.

El acceso al apartamento es a pie desde el parking público, se tardan 10 minutos andando por preciosas calles peatonales. El apartamento está totalmente equipado y las vistas son espectaculares del barranco de Poqueira. Se alquila para dos o cuatro personas y dependiendo de la reserva se cierra uno de los dos dormitorios.
