Hi ! The flat is suitable for up to 4 people or a small family with 1-2 kids. We renovated the flat completely in 2019. You will have access to a terrace and as we are placed at the edge of Kempten there are plenty options to do sports in nature or relax in walks. The bus line stops directly vis-à-vis our house and shopping possibilities are right around the corner. For insider tips in the area just ask! We use a camera at the entrance area for surveillance. The apartment captivates with the open living / dining area with access to the two sunny balconies with fantastic views of the mountain range, up to the Zugspitze! There are also two bedrooms with a double bed or bunk bed and sofa bed. The daylight bathroom with bath and shower leaves nothing to be desired. A garage parking space is at your disposal as well.

What is special about the apartment is the impressive panoramic view as well as the absolute tranquility. All the top attractions of the Allgäu can be reached in a short time thanks to its central location. A swimming pool is available free of charge during daily opening hours, as well as a laundrette with washing machine and dryer. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers. The price does not include the local spa tax of 1.80 €/person /day, which must be paid on site.
