The perfect "hideaway" for individualists: Duplex apartment on two floors in a fantastically quiet location without traffic noise, on request with private cellar for MTBs. The cozy apartment is renovated to a high standard and furnished with great attention to detail. On the 1st floor are the spacious living/dining room and the modern, beautiful wooden kitchen as well as the bright, friendly bathroom. A sheltered south-facing loggia promises many hours of sunshine. The cozy bedroom is under the roof.

The beautiful old building apartment is located in the last house on the Rammelsberg in the middle of nature and offers many opportunities for an exciting varied holiday in Goslar with both the city and the proximity to nature. Nice little home for couples, singles, 5 minute walk to the center, Emperor´s Palace (Kaiserpfalz), 15 min to the station, no kids, pets, candles, barbecue, smoking (old city/Unesco). One steeper staircase to 1st floor, bath (shower) & hall (ground floor). Curtains, blinds except in bathroom (milky glass, garden). Key locker. Own lockable cellar (2 sledges, for bike, ski) if needed. Close to all sights, hikes, swim (Herzb. Teich). Near to Wernigerode, Quedlinburg, Thale.

We cordially invite you to our charming 90 sqm duplex apartment right in the center of the imperial city of Goslar. Whether cuddly fireplace evening in winter or tanning on the balcony in summer, you don't have to do without anything here. In case of bad weather, we recommend a relaxing bubble bath in the tub. The location of our place couldn't be better. They are right in the city and can walk to everything. Nevertheless, it is very quiet and you can switch off well.

In the living room there is a sofa bed for a third person, a dining area and a kitchenette with fridge and two-burner stove. In the bedroom is a 1.40 x 2.00 m bed. A shower room is available. Our farm is at your disposal. You will receive a parking pass for your car. For allergy sufferers, pets are unfortunately not allowed with us.
