Modern studio apartment with kitchen, bathroom and large balcony in a quiet location. In the living room there is a pull-out bed with mattress and a pull-out sofa. On both, 2 people can comfortably sleep. Kitchen and bathroom are newly renovated and fully equipped. There is a tram stop about 500 meters from the apartment. From there you can drive to the city center in about 10 minutes. Aldi, Lidl, as well as a gas station, which is open 24 hours, can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot.

Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

The quiet apartment on the outskirts of Oberaltertheim is located in a two-family house. The small Franconian village is idyllically nestled in the Altbach Valley southwest of Würzburg. It is only 4 km to the A81-Gerchsheim motorway and about 8 km to the A3-Kist. In the village there is a bakery and butcher's shop, as well as an organic farm shop and an ATM. There are numerous grocery stores and gas stations in the neighboring towns just a few km away.

Enjoy a relaxing evening on the sofa under an elaborately restored stucco ceiling from the Baroque period, take a look at the historic details that can be found in the entire apartment and feel completely comfortable in the lovingly furnished apartment. Two bedrooms with double bed and separate bathroom, well equipped kitchen and only 2 minutes walk from the river bank with swimming bay.

We provide bed linen and towels, as well as spices, tea, coffee and a little attention from Franconia to make the stay and the time tasty.
