This is a beautiful spot . Relaxing , beautiful atmosphere and fantastic location .

The house was even better than pictured and described. It is situated right on the river with kayaks to borrow. A lovely covered deck to sit on. The house was clean and comfortable. Lots of closet place. Well equipped kitchen. A few minute walk to the center of town. We enjoyed bike rides to Sherbrooke, Ayers Cliff with a ferry return, and in Magog and the Orforn National park. Anne and Yves were a pleasure to meet.

Well located 5-10 minutes from the village. The dock does not allow swimming, but there is a place 5 minutes from kayaking where possible. The river is very calm. The cottage is very spacious and comfortable. The owners live in the basement, but are discreet and very friendly. It felt like home!

Warm place, perfect for relaxation, very well equipped (kitchen), the decoration is magnificent and relaxing. The host was open to accommodate us, he is very attentive.

Pretty wood cabin / pavilion in a pastoral setting, situated out of the town, car is required. Space is open upstairs, kitchenette and shower on ground floor. Paul responded rapidly and was very accommodating with our travel plans. Access to cabin assured after snow storm with well cleared driveway. Your stay will be enjoyable.

The cottage is on a lovely rural property. The kitchen is modest, but we had no trouble preparing meals. The upstairs living, eating, and sleeping area is a cozy wood paneled space with pretty views of the countryside. The wifi is minimal, but we felt that added to the country charm. It is a good value and Paul was quick and easy to communicate with.

My family and I had a wonderful stay - the house was lovely, the location amazing, the view beautiful, the hosts helpful. Even with 5 adults, 2 kids and multiple dogs, there was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. The house and grounds were beautifully kept and there were some great bonuses - like a great toy car collection that thrilled my nephew to no end. And North Hatley was totally charming. I would absolutely visit again!

It is a truly beautiful place, with its incredible view of the lake. Véronique and her family will be happy to advise you on the best places in the area and take great care if necessary. The house is very clean and beautifully decorated, perfect for a weekend for two!

There is a reason Veronique has been rated a super-host! She and her partner work very hard to provide a beautiful, clean and welcoming space, and go out of their way to make their guests feel comfortable and looked after. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the lakeview guesthouse, both staying cocooned inside as well as exploring the beautiful surroundings! A huge bonus was sitting around the fire at the end of the day, watching the winter night sky and chatting with the hosts! I would go back any day in a heartbeat!

Wonderful weekend in a magical place where I felt "at home" only better! Véronique was present in her main house and was really very attentive. The accommodation keeps its privacy. Everything was perfectly clean and delicately decorated. The Mont Orford park is really very close and I was able to go hiking and cross-country skiing. In summer, the terrace on the upper deck must be a must;) Perfect for a couple or solo!

Véronique's apartment is splendid, well decorated, cozy bed, very clean, full of light, with little touches and the view we enjoy is splendid. In addition, the apartment is really very well located, close to everything (skating, cross-country skiing, mountain walking, downhill skiing, snowshoeing, spa., Camping ...) When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Speedwell. She and her partner are super friendly, very available while being very discreet. If we return to the region, without hesitation, we will rent again from Véronique. Thanks to both of you and to the pleasure !!!

We loved our stay at Lucie's guest suite. It was exactly as presented in the listing, very clean and Lucie was super friendly and helpful during our stay. The guest suite is connected to the rest of the house but we had full privacy, and although this maybe more directed towards families with kids, my boyfriend and I had a great time playing the different board games available in the suite. Location is very close to Magog and Sherbrooke for small day trips by car. The North Hatley area itself is really cute, we would love to come back in the summer to take advantage of the little restaurants and pubs patios by the river. Would definitely recommend this place. This small chalet-style suite is really charming, the decoration is delicate and unique. It's a cozy cocoon in a good location, right next to the beautiful village of North Hatley. Lucie made us very welcome, we recommend!

What can I say ... Lucie was completely charming and did everything to make me have a nice stay. On the way to her house, I had a small accident with my car and she came to pick me up so that I would not have to wait for the tow truck alone ... WOW. She even came to drive me back to the car when I got the call from the tow truck ... and refused to pay me ...! The place was even more charming than expected, and full of nice little touches (books, receipts, mandalas, candles, organic tea and coffee, water dispensers ...) Really Cozy and nice! Only small downside: as the suite is in his house and it is a century-old house ... we still hear what is happening on the other side (even if he and her son are calm and respectful!)

The apartment was absolutely beautiful and super cosy for my 6 year old son and I. We had a very short stay of one night. If I could have stayed longer I would have! This is what makes air bnb so wonderful! To be able to visit an area and stay in not just a house, but a fantastic home. Perfect location with easy stroll to center of town. The house is gorgeous and very comfortable. Beds, linens, bathrooms, kitchen are all excellent. We spent most of our time relaxing on the amazing front porch, looking out at beautiful lac Massawippi. I can not recommend Abbey’s house highly enough (or use enough flattering adjectives!!). Stay here, you will love it!

This place is a gem! My adult son and I were looking to hang out in the country for a few days near Montreal. This Ayer's Cliff property was such a cozy choice! Great butcher/bakery in the little town and a dream farm-style kitchen to cook in! Nature trails nearby were perfect to enjoy the snowy weather and then relax by the fire and watch old movies. We will treasure the memories!

Super cute place and was great for an overnight layover on our road trip! Thought the bedrooms were all in one building, the double bed was in another small barn outside however it was still comfortable and cozy.

It was perfect for 2 people. If staying in a larger group, note that there is only 1 bed + foldouts in the barn (main building) itself, and the other bed that is shown in the pictures is separated in an outhouse. Lovely place, Nathalie has done a great job at the interior design and there are plenty of thoughtful touches around every corner. If you're looking for a nice 2-3 day getaway to relax and unwind then this is A+++

Great place, great location, very quiet (although the trafic on the street is heavy with transport trucks during the day, quiet at night), very comfortable bed (we used only one of them), ample parking, very functional kitchen (but I wished I would have packed my own paper towels, aluminum foil and Saran Wrap, coffee and tea as it was not supplied), lots of room for children to play. The back porch is lovely, quiet and private and the front porch is lively and sunny and comfortable. The check in and check out is a breeze. While the outside of the building may not be the most glamorous this apartment exceeds expectations with its spacious, stylish and clean interior. Excellent place to stay; would have been happy to be there longer and will consider returning!

Fantastic location and value! My wife and I spent a night here while celebrating her birthday. It was also our 8-month-old daughter's first trip to Canada and the apartment was just what we hoped for. There was enough space to set up a pack-n-play or spread out a blanket and let the kid play on the floor. The host was very responsive and also flexible which was an added bonus. We'd definitely recommend this place for great access to the restaurants, stores and waterfront of Magog. We'll be back.

Superb location, great views, lots of activities in summer and winter! very close to Mount Orford and Magog. very comfortable bedding, private bathroom, an excellent place to unwind and enjoy feeling at home! Emmanuel is very friendly and knows the area well, he offers great tips!
