This is a modern 2 story 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom fully furnished house with a small court yard situated 10kms from Perth CBD. There is a bus stop within walking distance with easy public transport to and from the City. 5 min drive to Stirling train station. The house is fully air conditioned and the kitchen has all the appliances you would expect. Free unlimited wifi The room available has a queen bed, wardrobe and hanging space with a full floor to ceiling mirror. TV in room with Netflix.
There is a park nearby which is great for kids and adults, an IGA supermarket and fast food restaurants within walking distance.
  • Mike's house is very nice and comfortable. The room and the bathroom were very clean. Mike and his family are very kind and you will feel at home. The house is near the public transport and is in a very nice area of Perth. Really recommended!!!

    Light and bright bedroom in a 3 bedroom house with ducted air conditioning. **Yes it has a Queen Bed, however this room is available for single travellers only. Includes a lock (with key) on bedroom door. Located a short walk from bus routes into the City and Mirabooka Square Shopping Centre. Local IGA, Post Office, Chemist and a handful of take away food outlets just a 5 minute walk down the street. Please note there is No Smoking Inside. Also Note I host various events with friends
    You can use most things in the house, if you don’t know how to use something, please ask. Hand soap is supplied, but BYO personal bathroom/showering products.

    Quiet, modern villa. Comfortable and fully equipped. Double bunk bed. Double on bottom, single on top. 2 guests accepted but could be a couple or 2 friends as the bed sleeps 3 adults. Room has dark shutters, great for sleeping. Guests have their own bathroom. Free wifi. Free street parking. 3 mins walk to bus station. 10 mins bus to City and Central train station. Easy to bus to shops, restaurants, night life, aquatic centre, gym and medical facilities. Low cost accom. Good value.
    Great location for city access, without the city bustle. Bus runs every 15 minutes on Alexander Drive / Newcastle Street. Less than 5 minute walk to bus station. Straight into the City. Local and interstate trains run from City Station. There is also a direct bus link to Morley as well. Easy access to Northbridge, North Perth, Mt Lawley and City shops, restaurants and nightlife. Easy to train to Heirisson Island kangaroos and Burswood Casino and city foreshore. 25 mins from airport.
    Close to shops, restaurants and night life in North Perth, Northbridge, City and Mount Lawley. Close to medical and dental offices. Easy access to Heirisson Island kangaroos. 10 minute walk to Yokine reserve, which is suitable for joggers and bike rides. Several Playgrounds close by. Close to Inglewood swimming pool and gym. Close to Dianella Shopping Centre, Dog Swamp Shopping Centre and Morley Galleria Shopping Centre. 10 minutes bus to City Centre and central train station.
  • This is a very economical stay. The reason we chose this house is that we can use the kitchen. The kitchen was very modern and clean, we used the kitchen every day. We were able to experience a new way of life through Airbnb. There were five cats in the house, the smell of which was difficult to endure at first, but got used to it a few days later. We respected Debs, who cares for cats in temporary care, and Debs has been patient with our 5 year old child. In fact, there are many toys for children at home. For guests who work late at night, this house may not be suitable. After sunset, you need to be very careful with the noise. The house is on the right side of the alley, in a very quiet residential area. The supermarket is a 15-minute walk away.

  • Debs is a great host,she made us feel like home and let us be totally independent. Her room is way better than on pictures. It's very confortable, clean and quiet. It's really easy to go to the city center by bus. The bathroom is for your own and fully-equipped. You can also cook in the kitchen or do your laundry though we didn't do it. It's a very good value for Perth. Everything was perfect. I totally recommend this room!

The Large local shopping centre has a choice of food outlets, supplies and general shops. A huge sports complex near the shops with many facilities and there are churches of most denominations nearby.

    welcome to the newly built"Garden Studio".This self contained 1 bedroom, spacious villa is situated in a quite area of Perth. It is completely private with your own car space/driveway and alfresco area. Our home is only 8 km from Perth City centre, ( 3 min walk to local direct bus), only 11km from our beautiful beaches, 14km to the world famous Swan valley and only 12km to Perth Airport.
    our studio is great for couples, families and travellers, as we have an enormous king bed. This can also be separated to make 2 singles. there is also a super comfy double sofa bed in the lounge area. the studio is newly built and has all mod cons available.
    We are very central to the nearest shopping centre, there is a local coffee shop/restaurant within a 5 min walk. Perth city centre, Kings Park and the beach are all approx 10 min drive. We are surrounded by parks in a community based safe neighbourhood.

The location is a bit further out of the main city than other places, but if your hiring a car (which I strongly advise you to do to see the best of the area) it doesn’t take long to get anywhere. The hosts were lovely. We were visiting friends who live nearby, so it was perfect and we’ll definitely be back.

    My place is close to the city centre, parks, and restaurants and dining. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance and the comfy bed. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), and big groups. The House is modern and its only 3 years old. The house has all modern fittings and its only located 10 minutes drive from Perth city and 15 minutes from popular beaches and only 5 mins from main shopping mall.
    My place is located 10 minutes drive from city and 15 minutes drive from beach. Further there are plenty of shops in close proximity. There is a massive sport oval including kids playground just 4 minutes walking distance.

Fatah is a great host always responds quickly and the property is well set up. Fatah wasnt aware the remote garage door wasnt working and he fixed it the next day.     WELCOME TO THE BEACHSIDE PAD - FANTASTIC LOCATION, SAFE & COSY - JUST BRING YOUR TOOTHBRUSH AND HOPEFULLY SOME CLOTHES! ENTRANCE There is a lockbox which I will provide the code for closer to the date. The entrance is inside the external jarrah gates which are generally kept locked. The gates to your property, private courtyard and deck are as able to be shut if you choose. The apartment has a dead lock and normal lock. No guests that I know of have used the deadlock because it is very safe and all the neighbours are lovely. The key opens both locks. The entrance doors have parliament hinges which open all the way out so you get the feeling of inside / outside living. COURTYARD Make yourself at home in your private courtyard and deck area. The courtyard has a great day bed to lounge on or read a book, a table and chairs if you feel like eating outside, and a bench seat on the deck if you fancy a wine or a coffee while you watch some of the amazing sunset colours Western Australia provides. KITCHEN / LIVING ROOM As you can see from the pictures, there are gorgeous jarrah floorboards through the kitchen / living room & separate bedroom. Great if you are a beach goer like me. Easy to clean and also much more hygienic than carpet. All essential crockery, glasses, cutlery, cooking appliances, sandwich press, toaster, kettle, lean mean grilling machine & basic cleaning products are provided. There is reverse cycle air-conditioning in the kitchen, situated so it can reach the bedroom if you leave the French bedroom doors open. The Lounge / DayBed is rather oversized for the room, but it allows for an extra guest if necessary. There is a new King Single Mattress on there with a mattress protector and sheet cover, with a throw for comfort. All items are washed in between guests. The stove is gas cooktop, electric ignition & the kitchen is equipped with crockery, glasses, pots, pans, cutlery etc. TV The TV is mounted to the wall and a smart TV so you can log into your Netflix, Stan or other subscription TV. WASHING MACHINE / IRON / IRONING BOARD The washing machine is a front loader and fairly self-explanatory. There are pegs and washing powder in the cupboard next to the stove and the washing line next to the DayBed in the courtyard. BATHROOM There is a combination shower / bath. The shower height can be adjusted. There are spare toilet rolls in the silver container across from the toilet. Please let me know if you run out. There is a hairdryer in the top drawer or the bathroom cabinet. There is bleach and a toilet brush, along with odour freshener if required. Bathroom linen is also supplied. Let me know if you require beach towels. The bin is next to the toilet. BEDROOM The bedroom is completely separate to the lounge / living room, although the French doors can be opened up if you desire, There is a king sized bed and double, mirror glass wardrobe. All the bedding is washed in between guests, including the quilts, mattress protectors etc. There is also an electric blanket. That can be used on just one side or both sides if you wish. The day bed has proven more than suitable for a 3rd guest and you are more than welcome to bring your infant, although I don’t have a port-a-cot at this stage. PARKING Because it is a corner block there is plenty of parking. You can either park in the on the verge or in the driveway. PETS CONSIDERED Just let me know about your pet. I have a dog in the main yard and your furry friends are welcome to enjoy that space too, or else stick to their gated courtyard. Olly is my 10 year old faithful hound. There is a picture of him in the photos so you can tell he is very chilled. He is very gentle and gets on well with other dogs. He also used to live in total harmony with my chickens when I had him. There are also fantastic dog beaches and parks in the area of which we regularly frequent. INTERNET The WIFI is mostly great. Occasionally there are a few black spots but more than capable of streaming TV and great if you are travelling for work. BBQ The BBQ is on the main deck if you wish to use it. It is connected to town gas so feel free to make yourself at home on the main deck. TRANSPORT – You really don’t need a car. The 990 Bus runs very regularly to Scarborough Beach and also to Perth City, with the option of getting on the train at Glendalough Train Station for two stops into the City. You can also easily get to Fremantle & Joondalup. Just download the Transperth App. LOCAL ATTRACTIONS - Beach, Scarborough Beach is about a 1.5km walk or else the 990 Bus will take you straight down. There is a great skate park, an Olympic size pool, not to mention the gorgeous blue ocean and white sand. There are gorgeous coast walks and great cafes and restaurants. I’ll recommend some when you book.
    Walking distance to the iconic Scarborough Beach with access to everything. The neighbours are all absolutely lovely.

  • We loved this place. Stayed there with 3 people which was totally fine. Very comfortable beds, the kitchen has everything you need and the backyard is great for sitting and eating outside. Dianella delight is only 10 minutes to the city by car and is very close to a main transport bus route to Stirling train station Which will take you into the city and then onto anywhere. It is also approximately 15 minutes to the beach and a 20 to 25 minute drive to the Swan Valley
    The house has three bedrooms master suite with an ensuite and queen bed and plenty of storage second bedroom has two single beds that can be joined to make a king 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and there is a shared bathroom with a second toilet. The kitchen is beautiful and spacious with a large countertop for sitting around while cooking, there is also a beautiful deck overlooking the garden
    Quiet leafy neighbourhood 10 minutes to the city and 15 minuets to the beaches.

So many unusual features – TVs in the bedrooms, the most amazing bathroom cabinets, gorgeous kitchen with every appliance and piece of dinner ware etc that you could ever need. The pictures are accurate and the place is beautifully decorated with a modern cosy feel that makes it feel like home. Communicating with the host was efficient and easy. The host also took extra effort to prepare some daily necessities such as bread, milk and eggs. Really appreciated it. The location is also perfect, minutes drive to town and other attractions such as Swan Valley and Caversham Wildlife park. Multiple shopping centres nearby with a great selection of International cuisine, grocery stores, Post office, cafes and more. I live here with my dog. She if very friendly and loves belly rubs.

  • Emil’s place is the perfect place for exploring Perth. It’s a great location lots of local restaurants and shopping centres nearby, The beach isn’t too fair either. The whole house was very clean and tidy the bedroom had a large wardrobe and full length mirror which was very handy. Having our own bathroom space was good the whole bathroom was clearly recently renovated and very modern. We had lots of great convos with Emil about where to eat and things to do. Very chilled out and easy to get on with. Good value for money compared to other spaces around Perth. Great house great host and great pooch Highly recommend!!

    Our spacious Federation townhouse is in a complex of four units situated in a quiet street about 20 minutes from the city and airport. The room is large with a wardrobe for hanging clothes, a chest of drawers for storage, TV, and a desk with a bathroom with basin, shower and toilet. There is a bedside table with a reading lamp and facilities for making tea and coffee. Crisp, clean sheets, towels, facewasher, soap, tissues and any other bathroom accessories will be provided.   • We love Diane and Kieth’s federal house very much! It’s elegant, clean and pretty! Even though it was built in 1910 (hopefully I remember correctly), it was still in very very good condition!! It looked new!! We love our room and it’s very clean and comfortable. Even it didn’t come with air conditioning, we didn’t feel hot and felt comfortable instead as the daily range of temperature was large in Perth. The temperature dropped to 13-14 degrees celsius at night even in December. Hence, it really doesn’t matter there’s no air conditioning for sleeping. Diane and Kieth were nice and kind too!! We appreciate the breakfast they’ve prepared for us!! Simply but adequate! We also enjoyed talking to them. We will definitely stay with them again when we are back to Perth next time.

This space is downstairs which is quite separate from the main house. Please note we live upstairs but all of downstairs area is yours except the laundry is shared.
    Your own fully private Room/Lounge/Bathroom, completely separate from the family living area: Downstairs from the main part of the house is a large bedroom, bathroom and a lounge. You have your own entrance through the back door or you can come up through the main part of the house. Your bedroom has a beautiful queen size bed with bedside table and lamp, dressing table, wardrobe with 2 beautiful bathrobes a mirror and fan. The bedroom overlooks the pool. Your bathroom is huge and has a toilet, shower with vanity, hairdryer and heated towel rail. Your sitting area has a very comfy lounge with a huge 46 inch TV and DVD. There are lots of movies and CDs. This room has split system air con to keep you warm in winter and cool in summer. You have your own bar fridge with kettle and tea and coffee making facilities and microwave. There is WiFi internet access and washing machine/dryer and iron are available. There is also a BBQ near the pool. All linen and towels are provided. Breakfast - Fruit & cereal are provided and can be enjoyed in your private lounge or in in your outdoor undercover area overlooking the pool with views of the city. Airport Pick Up: We can sometimes provide airport pick ups and drop offs at an additional charge. The airport is 15 minutes away. Cost is $20 each way but check first to see if we are available to pick up. I have a few days off during the week so it will depend if I am free and not working. Check-in: Generally check in times will be 14.00 while check out time is 10.00am. If we don't have other clients coming or going on that day, we can be more flexible. Let me know your arrival time so we can best suit you. The House: The house sits in a quiet leafy street and is very close to the city. This area is safe and friendly and there are parks nearby. The main part of the house is on street level and was built in 40's. The main living area, kitchen and balcony have stunning views of the city. The new addition to this house is downstairs and has a bedroom, bathroom and lounge. This is where our guests stay. The main part of the house is occupied by us but we are happy to share our living area, kitchen and pool area. Public transport is a few hundred metres from the front door for easy access to the CBD and other suburbs. Parking is at the front of the house on the grass verge. The Owners: We are a middle aged couple with a 20 year old son. We have traveled quite a lot and love meeting people from all over the world. Annette works at the airport a couple of days a week and Steve is an accountant who works full time. We also have a dog a cavoodle named Buddy. Nearby: Fantastic restaurants, bars and theatres are close by in the Mt Hawthorn, Leederville and Mount Lawley café strips. There is also Northbridge which is a little further at only 2.5 km. Perth beaches are only 10km away. The centre of the city is only 3.4kms away. There at least 4 restaurants and a bottle shop that are just around the corner and you can walk to. We hope you choose our B&B and have a lovely stay!

    Your comfort and enjoyment is our goal. Having travelled a lot ourselves we know what travellers need: a quiet space, a good bed and private bathroom with toilet. This is exactly what our apartment offers, with two spacious rooms and its own private entrance You don't share with anyone else including your hosts. You even get a pillow menu for your comfort. Our photos were taken in November last year so what you see in the photos is exactly what you get.
    The bedroom has a king size bed with private ensuite and mirrored cupboards with plenty of hanging space. For guests with children we can provide extra mattresses. The other room is a lounge and dining area. In the dining area is a range of kitchen facilities as listed.
    The neighbourhood is upmarket with the majority of houses being two storey and owner occupied. The street circles a pleasant park with several good walks nearby. The only noise you will have is in the mornings from birds tweeting. Our apartment overlooks this parkland and the street is only used by the houses in the street.

    Private studio not connected to main house. Individual soaps provided Check in may not be available until 4.30pm sometimes as I work full time.
    Surrounded by character houses, train 2 mins walk, 3 stops to East Perth then 2 more stops to City Centre. Historic Guildford is along the line in the opposite direction to Perth City. The historic Guildford Hotel has just reopened after being gutted by fire several years ago Walking distance to cafes, as well as Pork's American BBQ across the road, Civic Hotel, Coles, laundromat, takeaways & 24 hr convenience store. Also ten minute walk ( or next train stop down) to Maylands, ( voted coolest suburb in Perth by Lonely Planet) 5 minute drive to Galleria shopping centre. Unfortunately Perth doesn't have a rail link from the airport yet, a taxi will cost you approx $30 from international and $20 from domestic terminals. Uber is approx $12-$16 from the domestic terminal depending on time of day. We also have UberEATS available in the area.

  • I really enjoyed my stay here. There's is a shopping complex within 30mins walking distance with a cheap supermarket and a bunch of other shops. There is another shopping complex about 10mins walk away but slightly more expensive. Pleanty of bus stops 5mins walk away that will take you in to the city centre where you can catch trains or buses to any corner of Perth. Kitchen area and bathroom always clean and tidy with pleanty of amenities. Vincents wife is very friendly and we enjoyed walking at the park close by and going to Scarborough beach. Bedroom has a TV and a fan to keep you cool.
