Close to the downtown area but also in a quiet neighbourhood with a host of green spaces, it is a minute's walk away from Sherbrooke Street West, with its restaurants and shops, a 5 min walk from Vendôme metro station and a 10 min walk from the Glen site of the MUHC . There are two free parking spaces.
