The apartment has a combined living-dining area with a fully equipped kitchen and dishwasher, a separate bedroom, a shower room with extra storage room and a loggia overlooking the river. Satellite TV, central heating, Wi-Fi. The mill with large garden, is surrounded by greenery, but is easily accessible. 15 min drive to Marktredwitz and Selb, the A93 junction is not far away.
